“I had purchased a hot tub from another location in central Texas and have had it for just under 2 years and it had worked for less than 6 months of that time. I had contacted other service providers as well as the location i purchased the hot tib from in the Temple/Belton area, and they either would not return the call or couldn't assist. Manufacture then recommended Hot Tubs of CTX, within 1 day they had a TRAINED service provider at my house, issue diagnosed and resolved same day. I was able to use hot tub the same night. Great Team and will use them for all my future needs.”
