“I went into a couple Cricket stores about a month ago because someone had ported my number to a different company and used it to access my bank accounts. ALL the other CS I spoke to were horrible except Amelia here at this store. She spent probably an hour working with me and getting cases opened instead of writing me off and saying I needed to just buy a new plan and SIM. It finally was resolved today because of that case she opened and I'm finally getting my phone number back for my business. Thank you so so much for being stellar customer service from the bottom of my heart.”
