They billed my insurance for. A new bumper but only repaired the old one and didnt even pair the while thing to make it look right. They put screws where they do not belong which created new stress points.Services: Painting

Do not let them take possession of your vehicle(s). They took possession of of mine on 2/10 and as of 2/24 I still havent been able to to get my car moved. Keith refuses to answer phone calls but will answer call from his employees. On 2/22 Belton Collision center showed up for my adjuster to inspect my vehicle without keys, so it could be processed. on 2/23 I was finally able to get ahold of Keith to verbally tell him I wanted my car moved and to release it. He then cussed at me calling it " a f*cking insurance scam, keep it here and ill save you money on your deductible." I told him no and my car would be be moved today (2/24) My insurance company sent their tow truck drivers there to retrieve my car and they refused to without the keys. Keith told them he had them on him but could tell him when he would be able to bring them to the shop. I showed up at the shop and he told me he would be able to get them to the shop till Monday. A third employee entered the shop and looked for the keys on board. Long story short they had my keys the whole time. Belton Collision Center lied. Keith lied. Avoid at all costs.

The most horribe experience i have experienced, after numerous phone calls about my car that was towed by them due to my wreck, no answer and when they finally did, the owner straight up lied to my insurance agent and hung on him and myself as well

My car got in pounded and I tried to call and get it out the same day but they would not answer the phone they say there 24 hrs service but send calls to Keith's voice mail and no one calls back this is way to get two days storage from you very bad business and they are on the city and county town list

I not knowing anything about auto body collision and repair have had a major dent in the side of my truck for a very long time i decided to stop and just see what kind of money i would have to spend i went to caliber collision but they wouldn't just look and give me a rough estimate instead wanted me to leave it and they would get back with me. i left and stopped at Belton Collision i was greeted by the office lady "******** " i believe her name was i told her what i was looking to get " just a rough estimate that's all , she came out got my information and some pictures and assured a phone call to give me what i asked for just a rough estimate. i was a few min from my house and she called with a price i was very happy with i dropped my vehicle off and i was told they would call when it was done and ready for me to pick up. I didn't expect to hear from them so soon but sure enough it was ready 48 hours later and it was even detailed inside and outside washed. I was happy and would choose Belton Collision if ever i needed to agian.

I used this business to repair a dent and scrap in my door from someone hitting me, and to fix my bumper that was almost destroyed from rock chips over 4 years. I read the reviews given to Keith’s shop (the owener) and got a little nervous to bring my car there because she’s like a child to me, and I was really scared it wouldn’t turn out like it needed to be. But when I dropped my car off, they called the next day with information about my car, and also over the course of the next few days they had it as well. When we got it back it looked BRAND NEW, and I’ve never been happier. I 100% recommend this shop with paint and body work.Services: Painting

If you unfortunately happen to get into a car wreck while on the phone with insurance do not allow them to take your vehicle to belton collision, if you need work done do not consider belton collision…. After nearly 1 month the owner never called to give any details on repairs or issues after being rear ended. After calling the owner and asking for updates the only thing I was told was 1 more week. After 1 week passes and having to call again for updates Im told again… 1 more week. After hounding the owner for details he let me know it was an issue with the driver seat belt and the part is on back order “2 weeks understandable” after 2 weeks and no call again I had to call for details and at this point the owner sounds annoyed. He let me know he ordered the part but it is the wrong part and had to reorder, lack of communication on his end, why he was annoyed beyond me. After 1 more week and having to call yet again for updates Im told the part again was wrong and will be another 2 weeks. After another 2 weeks and having to call AGAIN, I was informed that the vehicle will be ready when it’s ready and to stop bothering him as there’s nothing he can do… after another week of no updates and a total of 2 months and 2 weeks in the shop I call again. The owner answers and decides raising his voice and berating me for wanting an update on my vehicle was the proper response. At no point was I called with updates not was my adjuster… your better off lighting your vehicle on fire and buying a new one then having to face this head ache at belton collision.Services: Painting

BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! THE SHOP DEVALUED AND REUINED MY TRUCK!!!!!!!The shop had my truck a year and drove our truck over 1000 miles. Employee's phones were connected to the Bluetooth, personal items (mail etc..) were in the truck, all paperwork was out of the glove department, the owner manual was gone, coffee spilled all over the truck. The ceiling fabric and the speakers are falling out of the ceiling, the catalytic converter was stolen out of the truck, all the high-end parts out of the truck are gone, right down to the mud flaps.LIST OF FRAUD AND SUBSTANDARD REPAIRS!1. The front body panel gaps were misaligned due to impact. This vehicle needed to be set up, gauged, and squared to specifications.2. The left rocker panel was not replaced as per the Gewico estimate and was compromised by substandard repair.3. Without using gauges I could see the front wheels had an extensive amount of negative camber. That's where the top of the tires tower inward at the top.4. The left front upper suspension trailering arm was bent and all bushings were damaged.5. The center steering arm was bent.6. The left front tire rod is broken and clamp loose. Dangerous situation!!7. The front differential housing was not replaced as per the Geico estimate and is damaged.8. The rear axle assembly looks to be out of alignment.It has a severe pull to the right and a bump steer to the right.Bumper steer is where the front suspension components are bent and when you hit a bump the vehicle darts right or left.Paint has runs and overspray all over. Painted over the lights.This vehicle is dangerous and should not have been allowed to drive 1300 miles from Texas to California where we live. My husband drove to Texas 3 times after Mr Cambell told him his truck was fixed. The last trip was 6 weeks of going between Geico and the shop with no help. The shop wouldn't give any paperwork. Save yourself do not go to this shop!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair
