Terrible customer service! Tried to call to make an appointment and woman on the phone was completely unhelpful/rude. I could tell she was annoyed and she even told me, “I’m busy right now,call back when you have it figured out” Meanwhile, I am trying to tell her dates and times that work for us. If you’re busy send the phone to voicemail, don’t pick up and be rude when I am just trying to make an appointment.Service: Hairstyling

Joyce has a great crew and wonderful customer service. I love my haircut. She listens to what you want. My hairdresser in Katy retired so I am thrilled I found a new hairdresser so close.

My pixie was totally botched--the kind of cut that ends with a mostly shaved head and me feeling like crying. I won't ever go back and will be telling everyone I know. I told the gal exactly what I wanted and showed her a photo, and she got out her clippers and shaved off the longer hair at the side of my head that was not supposed to even get touched. The worst part was that she wasn't even all that apologetic and still charged me full price. It's a day later, and I am still feeling like crying. The cut I wound up with looks terrible.

I think I like this place cuz I've been going there for 5 years. The owner and the staff are super nice and very professional wise. Other services that I have seen include dying hair and professional makeup applications. I personally enjoy watching what the women go through to get their hair done.

I was thrilled to find Joyce. This is probably my best haircut ever, and the color and subtle highlights are very natural and effective. No more do I have to go to Houston! The best is right here in Bellville. We are lucky to have this shop.

I've had my hair cut by Joyce at The Upper Cut for several years now and she is awesome!! An expert when it comes to cutting my hair and also amazing with hair colouring and high lights!! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!
