Their customer service is terrible & they are rude, disrespectful & very judgemental. Unfortunately its the closest place to go for me. I will no longer spend any money at this store .

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s for management.
There is new management at this store now which has been an amazing improvement in almost all aspects.
Even though I no longer so here due to my own issues,
The young woman with the glasses that I do believe is management is very helpful, knowledgeable & has always been super polite regardless of the circumstances she is an awesome addition to this store.

I've worked for this company as a manager over 10 years ago. I have a little more than average shopping experience at a Dollar General . That being said I've lived here 6 months and never not had an issue with them messing something up. Worst DG I've ever seen.

It has been awhile since I have gone back to this store. But previously, this store was ALWAYS was very dirty, unorganized, delivery racks in the isles and merchandise was not placed on the shelves!!!The prices were ALWAYS wrong as well....."sale" tags were still on the shelves past the "sale" date (with the consumer unknowing that). And when I mentioned it to the cashier, they proceeded to tell me that they have "no control on honoring the "sale" tag price, sorry ". Really??!!??And, there is NEVER a cashier at the checkout!!! From my past experience, there was only been ONE PERSON to stock shelves, receive truck deliveries (there was a line of customers, and the Dollar General truck driver delivering was taken care of first) AND check people out.....it is completely ridiculous!!!The WORST Dollar General that I have EVER been in (and I have been in many all over)!!!So now, I don't even waste my time, I drive from Bellville to the Dollar General in Sealy because that store is worth it!!!

We had the pleasure of visiting Dollar General with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we were in the parking lot we noticed at least two handicapped parking spaces. As we walked around the store there was a lot of clutter, a lot of carts with boxes needing to be placed on the shelf or things that needed to be thrown away. When we made it to the register we one of the items was a bag of charcoal and the employee was too lazy to walk around with the scanner and asked us to pick up the bag and put it on the belt. We spoke to the two employees on multiple occasions and not once did we get a response. They were busy talking about how they did not like President Biden and about a truck outside that belonged to one of the employees. I would think twice before visiting this Dollar General unless you don't care about the service you receive."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

This store is old and very cramped. On this day, the AC wasn't working so the front doors were open with fans in the way which just invited flies into the store.

Been meaning to leave a review-place is ideal for when you don’t feel like driving out and standing in line. Run in and out and they’ve always kept the shelves full and stocked.
