Visited for my daughters 21st birthday with the entire family. Set up of restaurants very inconvenient for families. Had to be with my 19 year old twins every time they wanted to get food. Security staff is very rude. Kid quest was not entertaining for my 12 year old son. Overall not a good place for families!

The staff are very helpful & knowledgeable. The trees are big, lots of canopy. Park itself is very clean. Sunsets are great. NO noise overnight. Showers and laundry are available. The RV park is very big, lots of land, NOT all jammed together. Plenty of RV parks in TX, but this IS the DIAMOND in the hay stack ...!

Lots of shade, nice pond, about ten minutes from town. We road our bikes around and saw a lot of the permanent guests. We left before we could enjoy live music.

Love it new owner is making changes for the better.He seems to be plesent if fairly private guy. The facilities like on site showers are impeccably CLEAN (Think Their is always onsite management to handle your questions or concerns if you have any Office now has regular hours and you can pay online. ( big improvement), standards for appearance are being infoforced ,nothing harsh but i keeps things looking clean and nice. We finally have a quiet hours policy after 10pm no loud noises like power tools of loud music( low conversations and gatherings are still allowed but you are asked to be respectful of your neighbors. Rent has gone up a little but it's still affordable and the extra money is being used to improve the park in many ways like brand new laundry facilities.

Tess for got about the rules in the park and her dog's left out alnight barking contacted connie at 1030by text the barkdogs continuously bark until till Morning so the dogs bark every night from Friday night until Monday morning

Great as usual we now have been there every month for 5 yearsWe are trying to get some friends but they want to bring grandchildren but not much kids to do. Wish the TV worked so we could keep news weather and sports
