First time septic owners. They came out today and pumped our Aeration Septic system. We just purchased our home and he walked me through all the information we needed to keep our system running smooth and what to watch out for. We look forward to working with y'all in the future.

Larry Burden intentionally Sprayed foam to clog lateral line so the tank could not drain we lowered a camera to see why it was filled up again and found the foam. He did drain it the first time. And luckily we found the foam so he could not sell us a new system do not trust this guy.Service: Sewer repair

They come out and pumped my septic system a couple years ago. We were backed up and they got out to us next day. Very nice guy, explained everything to me when I asked. Was on time and was quick. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

I was referred this company by Underwood Inc. in Bonham, so I took their word for it and called to schedule their services. I had a terrible experience!!! They seemed very nice at first. We scheduled the appointment, I told them where the property was, we discussed the location of the tank (that I didn’t know exactly where it was)... but conveniently forgot to tell me that they slap you with a $150.00 fee if they drive out and can’t service your system... (after this I called around and no other company charges more that $75 for driving out, by the way.)
Not only did they stick me with the $150 fee they weren’t willing to work with me on the fee either. I asked if it could be partially used as payment if I have them come out to complete the job later. BIG FAT NO!
I understand looking out for yourself in today’s world, but taking advantage of people after complicity leaving out vital information about your services is wrong and unethical!
There are tons of companies around that can do the job for you and you can avoid finding yourself in the same predicament if you stay away from these guys...
