This Metro establishment lied directly to me and my uncle. They claimed the internet service was not available in his area. I checked online and it told me the area he lives in is covered. I also asked about the ACP for my uncle, since he is on a fixed income and recieves medicine and SSI. The guy was like no he will not be covered. My uncle has a mobile phone through them. I wonder how they keep their existing customers with blatant lies. I'm glad I have service through AT&T. To make things worse they were indeed rude. Screw Metro!!

My sister was systematically screwed over at this store. She was rushed,pressured & misinformed during her purchase of her new phoneShe's had have been informed that I-phone will not transfer to android. Thus she wudof bought another I phone. Over all BAD experience
