I spent $330 preparing for a job, and I was charged $30 for a yearly membership to Harbor freight rewards by the cashier. She never said ANYTHING to me about joining, and I never mentioned to her! I didn't even know it existed! And I called to speak to a manager who told me "Well it might have saved you some money". Asked for my phone number, then put me on hold for 25 minutes before I finally pushed the Lil red button on my cell phone.THIS STORE HAS A LADY CASHIER WHO WILL RIP $30 FROM YOU!Because of this, 1 STAR! AND..NO SOUP FOR YOU!I WILL be speaking with a store manager this week, in person. And I'll keep y'all updated.

The customer service here was superb! They def get 5 stars from me.....I had a (slight) problem finding something (hadn't even been looking 4 min), the lady at front was helping my sister(she was sooo sweet) so I had a gentleman help me find what I needed quickly and more than helpful! Good customer service is key. Plus the gentleman that helped me gave us a 10% discount and a free gift! Harber Freight has any kind of tool you could imagine and things for repairing. Great atmosphere, greeted at the door, I will go here for all my repair needs

Nice selection of tools and other items. Well stocked and the prices are more than reasonable on many items. Not sure about the quality but most have some sort of guarantee.

This store has a nice quiet atmosphere and doesn't have the hustle bustle of other hf's I've been to. I hope they have good sales because I like going to this store.

Very clean and well stocked store. The management and staff at this location are EXCELLENT! Been shopping at HF for 20 years and this is by far the best run HF I have been in.

Went in early in the morning, looking for a particular nail, ask for assistance 3 different times, the clerk didn't even try to help & I was the only person in the store. Finally 2 other customers came in & I asked them for help. I guess it was to early in the morning for him...I left out when I seen him assisting someone else but couldnt assist me...I will never return again!!!!
