Ordered a item and didn't get shipped out for just about a week. Tried contacting then about what's the problem and NO ONE could help with anything. DO NOT believe the 1-3 shipping they state when ordering; it's more like (when we feel like shipping it out).

I bought a preused ps5 controller with warranty but due to a employee mistake they forgot to place my number. Now I have a bad control with a warranty used for less than a month and the warranty is faded off they should either make a more permanent print or not sell the warranty if it isn't gonna be under my phone number. Placed two separate preorders here and neither one of them were their on launch day.(D&D Dark Alliance and Atomic Hearts)This place ALWAYS seems to have a "come back later" sign on the front door.The guy that runs this place doesn't care about service or quality, literally just tries to upsell you on everything. Go to another GameStop. Go to Best Buy. Walmart. Amazon - Literally anywhere else. This place in a colossal waste of time.

We absolutely LOVE this place!! We always go & have the Pro account. If you or anyone in your family games a lot, you know it's totally worth it. We use the insurance on everything, too. It's cheap & they will literally replace any game or console that gets jacked for ANY REASON!! AMAZING!!

This game stop needs help as far as associates.. It is not a good look or customer experience to have people waiting for so long to the point #2 customers leave. I have waited 15+ minutes for my nephew to get helped. I will not be using or recommending this location.

just not feeling it with gamestop anymore. If you dont have xbox series x or ps5 you aint trying. Thats their whole reason for existence is to BE THE VIDEO GAME STORE.

Great little Gamestop. Nice staff, clean store and the same pricing you've come to expect at every GS. I really like this one as it has a small town feel. Highly recommended.
