Don't let them work on your car unless they actually use the correct lbs on your luggage nuts because they told me they torque them to 80lbs when Toyota rav4 state 76 now I have yet another stud to replace as one of my rear bolts snapped on me when I had to change my flat tire

Ordered tires on Website, Had an 8AM appointment for 4 tires installation, appointment was done in approx. 30 minutes. Fast, efficient, effective...with many affordable options on website. Highly recommended. Staff was also very helpful.

Just Had my Tires Rotated and I usually come to this discount instead of Waco because of appointment availability while I was waiting For my truck was nearest to the observation window and I saw one of the workers throw the torque wrench on the ground pretty hard from the rear wheel of my truck to the front for the other guy to use I hope they calibrate these Torque Wrenches daily 😬

It must have really been busy today. Normally, about a 30-minute wait, maybe 45. Took almost an hour and a half and was full the entire time I was there.

Edit: someone told all salesman and technicians to give the tire and lug nut hard sale. My wife went in twice and me once, to repair tires on 3 different vehicles. 3 different employees tried to convince us that we needed all 4 new tires (current tires have 20k miles) and WOULD NOT STOP! You know that lug nuts is a pressure tactic when each computer has a lug nut display gimmic. I WOULD NOT recommend this tire dealer any longer. Corporate prob set a sales goal for each location and they push it beyond what is reasonable.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire! Chad and John were incredibly helpful and energetic. Manager David Sanderson was exceptional. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary purchases. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this team. Highly recommend!

I been buying tires from discount for years and they always guaranteed the best price. They were cheaper at Sams. The red headed idiot that was working at the front desk told me they would match the price but I had to go get a detailed invoice from Sams. When I returned to discount tire with the 130 dollar cheaper bill the man says he can't match it. The time I wasted going to get an invoice I could of already had the tires on. Looks like discount tire is not what they used to be

Went in for rotate and balance. Valve stem cap left off LF tire, two tires set at 35 psi, one tire at 36 and one tire at 37. Spec is 32 for all four.
LR center hub cap was barely on.
Very disappointed at quality of work.
