“I was driving through from out of town, when my truck was starting to have issues. I stopped at Auto zone first and they were extremely rude and not helpful. I then went to O'Reilly next door and Britt was helping me. She was so nice and helpful. She found the part I needed and called the Chevy dealership to have the part ready for when I got there. I was so thankful for Britt being extremely nice and helpful. She saved our vacation trip! She needs a raise or a huge shoutout whatever the company does down in Bellmead, Tx.”
