Went to the bellmead store having alternator problems. Brenda and Samson and Mike helped me out with excellent service. I got the wrong alternator and the other one was in valley mills but I had no way of getting there, Samson went out of his way to go get it for me and Mike made sure to look up the TSB that warned me to have a fully charged battery to avoid damaging my brand new alternator. Thanks guys!

Their inventory sucks. The service is horrible they need a
Lot of work They have a girl there who does not know how to talk to people. Customer service is the worst. I went in to get help and couldn't get any help. Saw 1 person she couldn't help me cause she was off. The other guy was in the back and wouldn't come out and help. Finally, the other girl comes back in from outside and she does not know how to talk to people.She is super rude!! As long as As I've been going into autozone I will not be back.

I was a nervous wreck about my car. But the staffer knew all about cars. Thank you young man at the Auto Zone in Bellmead,he was very helpful and he took his time to answer you,some people don't have time to give you the time of day.

We went today to look for a part and mostly of the customers they were walking out cause there was a lady there her name is Tiffany she looks like she was not trying to help no one out to find what they were looking for and she was in a very bad mood like Karen's and she was been rude to me the hole time so I just told her that it was fine and I left if you go to this auto zone make sure your ready for her mood that she is in is the auto zone in bellmead tx I was trying to be nice what i could and she was not having it I'm a business owner and it was totally disrespectful lady and unhelpful and waist of drive to Come to this store and I went next door to O'Reilly to get the part I need cause she told me will if you don't see the part you looking for go next door and they my have it she didn't even Check in her computer lazy lady

A young man named Isaac not only helped me find what windshield wipers that I would need for my car, but took the time to install them correctly for me and wiped my windshield with a rainx wipe. On top of that saw my fluid was low, showed me the best fluid to get and topped my reservoir off for me! But the best part was his guinuine care for his job and his demeanor through my visit. He greeted me at the door and from there on made sure I got what I needed. As he walked back him telling me to have a good day and God bless really turned my day around from a rough start to a nice finish. Thank you Isaac!

Noone asked if I needed any assistance. Did not have a common clamp that I needed.
