“I’ve been coming here for years and try to visit whenever I’m in town (moved to Austin). There are some really great finds here - most notably I love my matching green silk KENZO set (top and skirt) and some of my favorite ceramic bowls are from here.”
“It is like being on a treasure hunt! Great finds at really good prices ! plus you can start following and watch live Facebook shows with great associates like Edna Kendall Missy Stephanie ! My personal favorite location is Blalock!!”
“Good experiences and bargains here. I've shopped here for many years. It's the "GUILD SHOP" that is unpleasant, rude and create unnecessary inconveniences for mothers with nonwalking children in strollers. Don't get the 2 places MIXED up when you're reviewing like I did. The CHARITY GUILD Shop is awesome. The GUILD SHOP not so much.”
“I found WHAM while driving to the GW on the I-10. I've been there twice now, and found some interesting items. Their prices are fair and they have a constant rotation of goods and 50% off sales on different categories. Cashier and staff are very nice. The only thing I wish they'd do was open a dressing room, since you can't try on clothes and all sales are final. However, for $4 for a shirt or sweater or pants, you can't really complain too much. Their clothing does seem rather boutique and you can find some brand name clothes for a steal. They have a large selection of books ($1.50-$3) and smaller selection of CDs ($1.50), DVDs, and some games. You can also donate and feel like you know where the money is going.”

13645 Murphy Rd #100, Stafford“Love this store. You can find some great stuff here. The Stafford store just got renovated and it looks so much better. Much bigger. Employees are also very nice.”
“This was the fourth thrift/consignment store I went to looking to furnish my condo. After the disorganized albeit well-intentioned chaos of the first three places, I loved The Bluebird Circle. It is a curated experience with room settings to display the furniture, art, rugs- everything. I found an amazing set of chairs, a glass coffee table, a beautiful lamp. The mostly volunteer staff were incredibly helpful. and it’s a great cause, with proceeds supporting the Texas Children’s Hospital.”

2208 Washington Ave, Houston“? This store is located near Downtown Houston, on the Washington Corridor.
? The store has a variety of items for sale ranging from furniture, home goods, a few appliances, clothes, and other items/trinkets.
? The employees are always polite.
? The collections department will accept almost any item you want to donate. Plus, they will write you a receipt.”

2102 Common St, Houston“The staff at Anawim are the greatest! We accidentally locked our keys in our truck, and they bent over backward to help us find a solution. Also, their prices are amazing! Best thrift store in Houston!”

2009 Dunlavy St, Houston“Great people in addition they have a great store and product. I’d you live in the area you are so lucky and I’d you don’t, I promise it is worth the drive. A must in Houston ~ Swag”
“Nice selection of different items. Surprisingly not a lot of toys. And the costumes for Halloween have not been put out and it's last week of September. Prices are high but they have discount days”
“This is the BEST resale shop in Houston; maybe the whole state. It’s like a wonderful treasure hunt 5 *****!And Eloy the nice guy who runs it is one hunk of a man!”

705 W 23rd St, Houston“First off there is a creepy Caucasian guy there who stares while he's supposed to be doing his work (literally at everything I did he would not stop it was very weird). Any who, the store seemed reasonably priced to me and I found some nice things. Please stop putting items in the rack with food or dirt on the clothes, that's nasty. I'm debating whether I like it, very spacious and somewhat organized just a little more cleanliness would be good. Also, the employees besides the guy I mentioned were working hard and were polite to me.”
“Stopped in with my kiddos for some everyday clothing. I was happily surprised by the selection--lots of good brands in good condition. The book section had a lot of great books. It looked like there was lots of interesting houseware items, but we didn't have time to look around. It wasn't busy either, which was nice for a Saturday.”
“I donate to this store and shop at it as well. Their mix is always changing and there are a lot of cool items to buy in the store. And your purchases help support Habitat for Humanity! What more do you need?”

505 Julie Rivers Dr #150, Sugar Land“Greetings How a question ? how you guys stop sending out statements after the the lady that passed away work there for years. Noone has received statements since she die . How do you know what you owe on your house. That's seems weird of course people keep there receipts but still this 2024.”
“No dressing rooms or mirrors but store is clean and the crew keeps items hung and shelved. The accessories section is cordoned for repair; unfortunately, hats, bags, belts and other accessories are in deep bins- smashed, tangled, dirty, damaged or difficult to shop. Otherwise, clothes are grouped by gender, other than that it's a rummage. The clothing is clean, most items are used-like new, good to well condition, not worse for wear. Women's shoes 9 or larger are scarce; Women's slacks and jeans sizes 10-12 Regular/Tall 30-32 Wx30-34 L also scarce. Surplus female bottoms sizes 2-6, tops M-L and shoes 5.5 to 7.0 US.
Also, Saturday pricing as of 10/12/24 is 1.75 flat per item/no restrictions. Scored 1 petticoat, 1 fleece halfshirt jacket, 6 bottoms/pants, 5 sweaters, 1 sweaterdress, 1 cardigan, 1 3/4 sleeve top, 1 short jumper, 4 pair shoes and a purse for 42.00 INCLUDING tax. I was like GTFOH.... that's IT¿!?”
“Found what I was looking for, wasn't in perfect condition and had to pay a premium price since it was broken. However it was what we needed for a fifth the price of new, the employees were polite. Still the line was Long, parking was horrible- and I would pay full price to avoid the parking and line again. Since we are not from Houston, and in fact from a rather small town I won't count that against the store. Store was cleanEmployees polite Most prices very reasonable”
“Have been to this location multiple times throughout the years and it's always maintained a proper, clean appearance and I've always felt safe. Nice friendly staff always.”
“1. Great place that takes care of the community. Got excellent clothes for kids when I was in a pinch.2. Others who comment it's expensive... Compared to what? Retail? What do you expect?3. Lastly, the comment about racism... You clearly have not worked in this neighborhood. People with backpacks march into a store, load them up with merchandise and PARADE out with PRIDE. If people come to steal on the regular, unfortunately, the manager must guard the goods as his own whole he is there. That's his job. Anyone searching for signs of "racism" is sure to find it.”
“I walked into the Goodwill on 20th St. here in Houston and was immediately greeted. I was looking for some items for a little family that lost everything in a fire. They were so helpful to show me where to go to get the sizes for the children and the store was very clean. The prices of course are very reasonable. Everything was organized really well And I noticed the girls that worked in the store were really good about helping customers as they came in with questions. I especially love that they were very polite and said yes ma’am. No ma’am, and I will definitely be going back.??”
“Very good place to find decent things knowing how to search, I recommend looking at the labels by color and looking for purple and green colors. They are fully functional products. Yellow and red are not working as they should. They are missing pieces or they do not directly assure you that they will work. In general, good service. very good objects”
“SUPER cheap prices, VERY good value and I was able to get a whole new wardrobe for less than 100$. the cashier quickly scanned all my things and was super nice.10/10 I recommend”
“I been coming here since I was a teenager and over the years they been great with finding cheap stuff. Over time the prices have gone up so drastically it seems cheaper to buy the stuff brand new online or at least from Walmart. The workers are really helpful though. They have really good customer service skills. Especially the lady in my pics she has Macy's customers service. She was thoroughly showing me where to find stuff and made sure I was satisfied before she left. I did see some unique finds and plenty of merchandise. However the prices are so high that could explain the abundance of products. I feel that is wrong for the area and the fact that the stuff is donated freely they need to adjust the prices to the demographics of the area. Low income people are not benefiting from this place unless it's the half off days. They use to have coupons in the green sheet for half off but I haven't seen it lately. Other thrift stores offer 25 cents days where everything on a certain day is 25 cents I highly encourage this at this location. They have furniture, electronics, clothing , collectables , school uniforms, shoes, jerseys , brand new clothes with tags and so much more. 3 floors of merchandise to look at. If your in the area stop by and see for yourself. Some of the prices I loudly laughed because it was hilariously over priced. But if you sign up for the coupons they send you a text telling you everything is half off.”
9AM - 9PM
9606 Hillcroft St, Houston“One of my favorite experiences at the store Goodwill was when I found a vintage leather jacket that was in perfect condition. I had been searching for a jacket like this for months, and couldn't believe my luck when I stumbled upon it in the men's section. Not only was it exactly what I was looking for, but it was also priced at a fraction of what I would have paid at a regular retail store.
As I tried on the jacket and admired myself in the mirror, I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that not only did I find a great deal, but I was also supporting a good cause by shopping at Goodwill. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.
I left the store that day feeling like I had hit the jackpot, and couldn't wait to show off my new find to all my friends. Goodwill truly is a treasure trove for men's fashion, and I will definitely be back to see again.”

6150 Bissonnet St, Houston“This store has been here a LONG time! I remember coming here with my mom and siblings in 1988 walking from our apartment to this thrift store! What memories and its amazing it is still around. Thank you for the memories, Salvation Army.”
“I love Goodwill and love this location but HATE the parking. This is probably the most busiest area in Houston and it has the tiniest, narrow parking lot. It creates a nightmare for parking and honking and anger especially on the weekends.”
“Amazing Grace Charities is a fabulous boutique with wonderful people who run it. They donated 2 large frames and a wonderful box of trinkets for a few art pieces I’m working on.”
