Love Dr. Lass and the staff here so much. She takes great care of all four of my dogs and my mom’s dog. It’s easy to schedule their appointments and I appreciate the reminders by text and email. Have been seeing Dr. Lass for years!

I took my animals here for many years, and the vets and staff used to feel like my animals were family. But unfortunately now that the previous vets have retired, the new vet is rude and only demonstrates that she doesn’t care about myself, my time, or most importantly my animals. She even misdiagnosed my dog with cancer and after spending thousands of dollars at a veterinary oncology clinic, it turned out my dog never had cancer. It’s sad because this used to be such a good clinic but the vet here is totally unfeeling and it makes me sad but I have to switch.

The admin person who interviewed me was very detailed with her questions and her follow up the day after Hinckley's shots and tests. Dr. Wass answers all questions and is complete with the information she provides. The front desk folks are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

This is another example of corporate take over, this clinic is just interested in charge you and sell you as much as they can, if you looking for affordable and trustworthy Vet then forget it!

Took my cat in, was hard to tell what was wrong, the vet found a tiny puncture wound/abscess that had formed, pain meds and antibiotics at a reasonable price.
