“I came today with my boyfriend and the entire staff was so friendly. Everyone was so helpful and check on us while we were browsing. They walked us through the entire process and was patient with all of our questions. Lexi zapped us and she engaged in a lot of conversation with us which made the process even more fun. “I found this place on yelp while looking for a shoe store close by. This place was more than I expected. The selection was great and the customer service was superb. Everyone was helpful, but I appreciate Cody for helping me understand how to look up shoes and how to find shoe availability using the QR code on the bottom of the shoes. He also was patient while I found more and more shoes I wanted to try on. I found a great pair of shoes and know I'll be back. Also, regarding parking, if you park in the garage, the first two hours are free.”

“Al modified a pair of Durangos for me sometime in early 2018. I got them to be my Santa boots. Al added jingle bells to the front strap, made them taller and wider at the calf, put a zipper in the back of each boot, made them unique. They always get compliments. I recently bought them in (Jan 2024) because I'd been having trouble getting my right foot in. (Long story, but due to a stroke years ago, my right foot doesn't always cooperate with footwear.) Less than a week later, they were ready. They fit great again! They got some polish and some sprucing up, too! I can't wait to put them on again with the red suit this holiday season and continue to WOW all the good boys and girls I visit. Merry Christmas! Ho Ho Hooo!”

“Great outdoor gear and supplies store. They have everything from backpacks to flip flops. There's a sale section at the left back wall if you're looking for a good deal! There's parking available at the front and back of the area. It might get packed though as it shares the lot with Trader Joes but you can also park at the CVS across the street!The staff is also very nice and helpful.”

Sean was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of good info about which shoes fits me the best and the recommended socks and insoles that goes with it .
