Very angry people at this establishment, I got yelled at by Richard Eng himself just for asking a question. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else. I would have given NEGATIVE stars if that was possible.

I've had Mr. Eng for flood insurance for years thru. a referral from a surveyor. His price is very reasonable. The best part is his prompt & courteous customer service. He can take care of all your paper work through email & fax. Even when my mortgage messed up my insurance payment more than once because it's escrowed in the monthly mortgage payment, he followed up and took care of it. PS. I don't get any referral fee or anything out of this review :)
