Bought my redwing boots (TruHiker)after having a nice call with Josh before visiting the store and getting fitted by Sean using their 3D scan machine to know more about my foot and stride.
Sean was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of good info about which shoes fits me the best and the recommended socks and insoles that goes with it .
I definitely recommend this store and their great customer service and new heritage and work boots collection.

Bought a pair of Irish Setter shoes about 5 years ago for traveling. Due to Covid, etc. they have been worn about a dozen times. The soles have come loose and when I went back to the store to ask about repair they told me materials only good for 4-5 years and would sell me a new pair.
Just seems crazy that an expensive pair of shoes is only built to last 4-5 years.
So just an FYI that shoes and boots from Red Wing may not last as long as you expect.

They have all of the newer styles in stock here and the manager Steven is extremely professional. He’s got a ton of knowledge and he helped me get the most comfortable size and insole. 15yrs of working in construction and this has been the best customer service when buying work boots.

The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me select a better boot for me that worked for my industry and provided more comfort and was an overall better boot for my needs. He showed all the addition accessories that were available to preserve the boots longer and keep my feet comfortable while doing it. Socks and custom insoles. This is my second time purchasing from this store. The first experience was good but this one was excellent.

Firstly, I'd like to thank Steven for his superb customer service and attention to detail. I already love Red Wing boots but today, today my experience was far superior. Steven took the time to explain absolutely everything to me and when we did my ultimate fit profile I was amazed. I learned so much about my feet that I never knew I needed to know. After selecting the appropriate insole for my feet. I felt like a million bucks. I couldn't stop smiling. I work in construction and remodeling. It's very important to have the right footwear. It makes all the difference in the world. Thank you Steven. This is why I continue to choose Red Wing boots.

I just bought your newest BOA work boot. Unbelievable. I wore them home. Planted 10 trees the next day - up and down a tractor. They're lighter and easier to clean. Very happy! Drove an hour to Houston after I saw the ad.

I highly recommend this store! I wanted to try red wing boots since I’ve tried other boot brands and they don’t last me very long. Steve did a excelente job helping me. My feet usually hurt from the middle and he recommended a good insole to help with that and the boots feel good!! Im telling all my coworkers to try red wing lol

The best store with the most helpful employees who take their time and don't rush you through. I recommend this location highly. It is absolutely worth coming here even if you pass other Red Wing locations on the way here.
