Katrina did a really good job drawing my blood. I didn't feel the stick at all. I highly recommend this Quest location with free parking.

Great experience I walked in at 12:30 was seen at 12:40 left at 12:45. Easy check-in process. The phlebotomist was great Her name was Belinda. I am a hard stick. She got it on the first try! Miss Kelly was also very friendly and warm. I would definitely come back to this location.

Checked-in online before I got there and was in and out super quickly. The employee I worked with was pleasant and professional. It was a Monday at noon. Results came back quick as well.
Update, May 2024, Tuesday, 10:30a: Morning appt is def the way to go. I was even a bit late to it, kiosk checked-in, called in about 3-4 minutes later, got my labs done and out of there. Very efficient. Just be sure you receive a QR code in your e-mail appointment confirmation. There was another person there who kept arguing with the staff that they had an appointment but no confirmation. Staff said they would have to get in the "standby" line. Educate yourself!
Update, Jan 2020, Monday after 3p. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait about 20 minutes. The sign on the TV said it was a 7 minute wait for about 10 minutes before it changed to 3 minute wait, for 5 minutes. It's like those rides at an amusement park. Every turn in the line, you see another line. Anyhow, just avoid the busy afternoons and you should be fine. Looks like the walk-ins still took longer than me though so definitely make an appointment before heading there!

The person that was trying to help me was obviously new and didn’t know how to find my order through the national locator. Spend over an hour and still no blood taken for my blood work order. Training needs to be had before releasing these employees on the work floor. This is truly unacceptable.

I scheduled my appointment a couple of days before and received a good time and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. I could not imagine a better experience. They have their system down for sure and run an incredibly efficient office.

Most of the negative reviews are accurate. You need an appointment and don't even come here for a walk-in, you will wait hours to be seen. I have seen them take all appointments and literally 15-20 minutes between appointments leaving, they did not take any walk-ins. I'm not sure who manages this office, but do better. Higher more personnel who are motivated to help people.
One of the techs came out and was very rude to a patient and said, "I wouldn't recommend walking in. You would need to wait for a long time". If you have time to waste or retired, do it. Appointments only here.

My experience was excellent. The technician remained professional and amiable, even when faced with an overly aggressive customer who walked in without an appointment and was frustrated that those who had booked in advance were being attended to first. The technician managed the situation gracefully, maintaining a friendly composure throughout.

Tips for people planning a visit here:
1. The best thing to do, is to SCHEDULE an appointment.
I came in and was prioritized over the walk-ins.
PLEASE SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT SO YOU WILL NOT SIT FOR TOO LONG!
2. The Quest office is in a building. And there is currently construction going on in the building
3. There is a parking garage and also parking in the front of the building. Plenty of visitor parking. But you will have to walk to the building (not far)
4. The Quest office is currently on the 3rd floor. Take the elevator up to suite #302.
5. It was a bit hot in there. Maybe because of the construction
6. Bring your IDs and Insurance cards
The lady that did my testing was very nice.

My medical provider's Quest lab person provided instructions and kit on producing specimens to drop off at "any" Quest lab for processing. Because the Bellaire location was convenient, I chose to go there. Big mistake! Having had no experience at Quest facilities, I was unaware of their computer check-in. Figuring that out, posting driver's ID and insurance, I waited and waited until a technician appeared ( to call in someone else). She advised me as a "walk-in" that I was low priority and should have previously made an appointment! An appointment to drop off a specimen? I did not need any medical services and was only dropping off a kit. BTW, one was actually frozen and after waiting a very long time, I suspected it was thawing! Once back home, I checked online reviews of that lab. Most reviews were 2 stars or less, which would have alerted me to avoid it. My provider nor his in-office lab tech advised me that prior appointments were necessary!
