“Absolutely professional and excellent services at this place. Bill, Elizabeth and Cassidy make an awesome team and are truly the best! Most courteous, very prompt and very considerate.”

10505 Town and Country Way, Houston“I wish all post offices were like this one. Truly amazing customer service without attitudes. Even when the lines are long and difficult customers are taking forever, they continue to tell you thank you for your patience and we'll get with you as quickly as possible. This location actually will scan your prepaid labels for you as well. Thank You for the wonderful service you guys provide! You guys deserve a raise!”
“Ms. Wang, in charge of the USPS, exhibits remarkable patience and professionalism. She consistently stands by her customers, offering the most cost-effective solutions for their needs. I highly recommend her services to all residents in the Chinatown area and nearby who require shipping assistance.”
“Without question the most efficient and friendly post office in Houston. This location has THE BEST customer service. Everyone polite, professional, courteous and friendly. Even with a line--still a great experience. I am equidistant to this location and the one on Timmons and always choose this one over Timmons because of the amazing employees. The other location does not compare. Each one of these employees is a true asset to the USPS. Wish every branch was like this one!”
“Bryana is amazing. She was working by herself on a Saturday and handled every customer with efficiency and calmness. The post office was FULL and BUSY for a Saturday and she attended to everyone. Great job. Just wanted to give her some recognition.”

Annex, Houston“Wrong location on google maps. The correct location is at the intersection of Stockton Drive and University Blvd - behind the campus police station. Staff was nice. I went to the wrong location as listed on google maps and then called them and they gave me the correct intersection - it was a 1/2 mile walk from there!”
“I was sending off a package and randomly had a coughing spell. If you’ve tried to hold a cough in before, you know it’s a horrendous sight. The woman who was weighing my package (a beautiful black woman with glasses who seemed like she was the one in charge) saw me suffering and offered me her personal water bottle! This happened in the beginning of the year but she was so selfless and kind in that moment, I thought it deserved some recognition. I hope she’s doing well ( and that she got a raise)”
“I came in for fingerprinting to send to the FBI and the woman at the front counter was very nice and got it done quickly. The process was smooth and I paid in cash”

1431 Wirt Rd, Houston“I wanted to do a shout out to Tony and Jorge for their excellent craftsmanship used in fixing my model 11 iPhone. I'm very hard on cell phones. This time I had inadvertently placed the phone on the top of my car to and then forgot about it. Well... You guessed it. The old cover was inadequate, so it cracked the screen, and practically demolished all of the gizmos in the back. I thought I had to spend a big bucks to buy a brand new phone. Tony and Jorge came to the rescue. Not only did they fix it but they did it same day and for your very reasonable price. As if that were not enough, they also made me a great deal on a new reinforced Case. The Apple Store certainly does a good job if you're willing to wait, sometimes for a very long time. Postal N More located at 1431 Wirt Rd. idoes same-day service. I'll never shop anywhere else. Thanks for a remarkable retail experience at this establishment. John Yochum”

“Diligent, honest, hard-working postal employees are helping the public here.
Lots of things have gone electronic, but the volume packages and their workload has continued to increase. We need to hire more of you. Thank you for all the work you do!”
“I got an insufficient address issue and they really did try to help me! Both the guy and the lady at the warehouse were very nice and understanding! Great service!”
“I want to give a major thank you to Supervisor Valerie! She helped me track down my package and followed up with me diligently! Extremely helpful and I can't thank her enough!”
“My office is nearby, I need to come here to mail items weekly Everyone is so nice and helpful here. I know the line can be slow on some days but the personal interactions have always been pleasant!”

11936 Bellaire Blvd, Alief“To be honest, I was kinda wondering if I should go to this USPS location after I saw some negatives service reviews on Google. Thinking of just shipping a box of medicines and nail supply to my brother’s place won’t take that much time and service doesn’t have to be nice, I went to this USPS on 07/31/24 around 10am.
What really impressed me at first that the place wasn’t crowded comparing to the same time, same purpose of dropping and shipping the box at the USPS location nearby. Service was fast, everyone was enthusiastic helping, getting stuff done for the customers.
I was finding the priority tag to write down my bro’s address and stuck it on my prepared box, Mitchell told me the flat rate priority box will save me more shipping money, which surprised me since I’ve been packing my own box for many many times and no one ever told me that the USPS box is more savings.
What even amazed me and my brain more is that Mitchell actually helped me unpack my own prepared box and put it in the new USPS box. I was stunned. (sorry Mitchell, if one point you see me standing and staring without saying anything xD). I’ve never experienced this much nice and enthusiastic environment, especially USPS where everyone was just rushing and tiring looking at you and your package.
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You’ve made my day, Mitchell and the Alief USPS team this Wednesday morning. I am truly appreciated. Definitely will go to this location from now on.”
“I usually don’t leave reviews unless I’m super happy or unhappy with the service. Destiny was friendly, nice and helpful. Other employees are rude. Destiny deserves a raise.”
“I have been living in Houston for many years. Every time I go to a USPS location, most, if not all, of the staff are usually in a bad mood. But at this location, the employees treat you with respect, joy, and even greet you when you open the door. In fact, now I live farther away, but whenever I need to send something or handle any USPS business, I go out of my way to come to this location precisely because the staff here are always so cheerful and willing to help. Most of the time, I’m assisted by a gentleman with a beard. I don’t remember if his name is Shelby, but he is very kind and pleasant. Today, there was also a lady and another gentleman with him, and when I asked a question, the three of them helped me out. But the best thing of all is the respect they show you as a person. At other locations, the staff are always angry, annoyed, and many are racist towards Hispanics.
Thank you all for always being so kind, and I hope they can give you a raise because you truly deserve it.”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
2802 Timmons Ln, Houston“I’m not sure why the reviews are bad. The ladies at the front and the Asian gentleman in the back are incredibly kind! Have been going to them and they’re always incredibly pleasant. Truly a pleasure to see them and go to this facility as opposed to the other ones!”
“Came in here with many questions regarding how to send my packages out and Ms. Jeanne was sweet as can be and took her time with me. Good to know great customer service isn't dead!”
“so... I'm looking at it from another point of view.. customers come in UNPREPARED, holding up the line, they are told what they need to do and they still want to argue with the PROFESSIONAL and tell them what to do..its The UNITED STATES POST OFFICE NOT UPS, where they package everything up for you. You are supposed to be PREPARED when you go up to the counter. The USPS does not supply tape to tape up a whole box, it has to be purchased or use the free tape for priority service, but of course many get upset when they are told this. Hope this helps for the other side of the spectrum!”
“The best post office experience I've had in a long time. The women working behind the desk today were so pleasant and professional. I really appreciated how helpful they were with each person.”
“The gentleman at the counter was so very friendly! He handled everyone so calmly. It was always a line, he never looked stressed. He treated all of us waiting equally and was kind. I was very impressed in all areas! Staff, cleanliness, ease of moving—he walked me through everything.”
“I have been using this post office to drop hundreds of envelopes and packages for almost five years. I have limited experience at the retail counter, but this location is very good at getting packages on their way. For online sellers, this is a very reliable drop location.”
“Meant to do this Saturday 8/17/2024 . I’m only giving a 5 ⭐️ because of the lady in the front . She was basically the only one working she had a line that never end . She kept a good attitude and helped each customer the best she could . I really appreciate her. All though I had a passport appointment for that Wednesday it was canceled due to lack of employees I was told to walk in on Saturday I get there Saturday at 11 and was told they only helped the first 3 passport customers and wasn’t doing anymore again due to lack of employees I explained to the lady I just paid Uber 20$ to get there and the rest of the situation and she went ahead and help me . Thank you ma’am for your patience!!!!”
“Yesterday I had a pleasant experience at the post office on Bellaire . I went in to do my passport, and it was an easy ordeal. The guy who helped me with a black guy can’t remember his name, but he was really funny, personable and excited to help me, I would recommend the Belair location to do your passport you could even take your picture there and the cost wasn’t that much $180 is nothing.”
