The other day, my battery is not working so I bought a new Super Start Extreme battery there. Staffs look very young and not confident. One who looks 18-20 claimed that the old battery is stuck and he'd break it. Told me to go to an auto shop next door, who replaced it without any issue. I ended up paying additional $62 on top of $223+tax at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Furthermore, the auto shop's battery is of the same price but 4 years of warranty, more than O'Reilly's 3 years. They also said O'Reilly's batteries have less capacity, which I then see on many online forums. Will never go there again.

Horrible experiences, there were 5 employees walking around but only one was at the register, there was a line of 7 costumers waiting.Horrible !!

I LOVE this O'Reillys. Its the only one Ill go to. Luis is awesome. And also Joey is very knowledgeable and very friendly. There staff is just amazing. And they will help if they can….
Ok now theyre under new management and the staff has changed. Now id say 1 star. Waited 20 minutes to someone asked if they could help…, then told me they didn’t have the type of battery i needed then i found one and they didn’t even apologize and refused to help me put it in my car or let me borrow tools to put it in my car

I'm so happy that after I left H-E-B, I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they have windshield wipers for my Hyundai. I was greeted by Juan who helped me out and even installed them right away. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes and so happy they were installed for me. Juan was awesome! I'll definitely go back here if I need anything for my car. Thank you!
