Don't go here unless you want to get scammed. We dropped off 3 items and ended up paying $80ish. When I asked her why she said $80 when the price on the ticket that is attached to our clothing says $50ish, she said because they did a price adjustment and she forgot to staple the new receipt on top. It's understandable for prices to vary but form $50ish to $80ish is a scam and doesn't it feel even more like one when the "real" receipt wasn't even attached?? She had to go in the back to grab the real one. When situations like this come up, it's polite to at least apologize for the confusion but nope, no apologies were given. Im not one to waste my time and argue. I paid her and walked out. But this will be our first and last time. Sucks because we got excited to try it out and recommend it to our friends but we'll bring our businesses somewhere else. 0/10

First time at this cleaner (& last). If you want your clothes back timely, go elsewhere. They told me 2 days (come at 5:30 PM). I came as promised, only 1 shirt of 10 ready. Next day, only 4 of 10 ready. Who knows when the rest will show up. Higher priced than prior cleaner, but I'll drive the extra mile. They were at least honest in both pricing and delivery.

Rosie took my dry cleaning and I showed her my digital coupon and told me when my cleaning would be ready. When I go to pick up there is NO record of my coupon and Rosie calls manager Wendy and will not help me. I have gone here since 2013. Poor customer service. Please do not support a business that does not help its loyal customers.

Horrible service. Owner very unprofessional. I took jacket for zipper repair they replaced it with a zipper that was,3 inches shorter 7 days later. Owner says oh well we did the work you must pay. No apologies.

This owner treated my wife terribly after they shrunk my daughter's cotton sweater. After admitting he shrunk it and trying to stretch it, he refused to do anything about it no longer fitting my daughter. He told my wife "I'm not paying no money and I'm doing nothing for you."

My boyfriend has used this cleaners for a couple of years. I here and there take mine few items as needed. They have LOST now not one but the second item . Spoke to the RUDIST owner jurk I have ever known!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said it was my responsibilty to have noticed if something was missing NOT his. Basically he takes what he I guess likes and to hell with the client. I will NEVER EVER use this cleaners again !! I DO NOT recommend this Vogue cleaners on s.rice !!! They will steal your clothes with no remorse !

TERRIBLE. Rip-off, unethical, untrustworthy. Do not give them your business. They damaged a very expensive dress and it was not cleaned well at all. Beyond poor service, when I called to inform the owner (Val) of these issues, he was screaming in the phone and stated that I just didn't want to pay him. I would give this place zero stars if possible.

Let me start by saying the quality of my service was very good. My clothes look great and the lady at the counter was very friendly. HOWEVER, the hidden prices at this place are ridiculous! I tried this place because I had a 25% off coupon. I dropped off 12 items and it cost me $83! I had one cocktail-type dress that cost $15 and I was ok with that, but some of the other stuff they charged for was just way over the top. They charged an extra dollar for white clothing. WHAT? Also, I had one top that had a lining, and I got charged extra for that as well. I had two items that included a simple sash, and they charged an extra dollar for each of those. NONE of these extra random charges were posted anywhere in the store. I definitely won't be using this place again.
