  Rosie took my dry cleaning and I showed her my digital coupon and told me when my cleaning would be ready. When I go to pick up there is NO record of my coupon and Rosie calls manager Wendy and will not help me. I have gone here since 2013. Poor customer service.   Horrible service. Owner very unprofessional. I took jacket for zipper repair they replaced it with a zipper that was,3 inches shorter 7 days later. Owner says oh well we did the work you must pay. No apologies.

  This owner treated my wife terribly after they shrunk my daughter's cotton sweater. After admitting he shrunk it and trying to stretch it, he refused to do anything about it no longer fitting my daughter. He told my wife "I'm not paying no money and I'm doing nothing for you."
