“My mom’s phone was damaged in the hospital by a nurse placing her phone in a bag with a liquid and this happened during hurricane Beryl. I contacted T-Mobile to get insight on how to replace mom’s phone. I had been to several T-Mobile 3rd party sites without assistance due to most locations closed after the hurricane. I went to this location and encountered Saxon and Juan who listened to the extenuating circumstances of my mom being critically ill, but needing her phone. Saxon and Juan were very helpful and gave my mom the best deal possible because she didn’t have insurance.
