I made an appointment at 2pm, I left at 2:20pm. Hair stylist was working on another clients hair. Not sure if they double booked/ walk-in, very unprofessional to not have informed me of how long the wait would be.

Really very bad they didn't do what I asked for I asked if they could do it twice and they said yes and really the girl didn't know what she was doing she had no idea about her job I really just wanted to hear an apology but they don't know how to accept their horrors no You take them out of their mistake. Nine wanted to argue with them, but I don't recommend them. I wouldn't go back and they redo their hair at the roots because they leave it in three colors and they talk to you to make themselves look nice and so that you don't realize the bad job they do. ., mine was like a degraded balallage and I don't know why the girl came to me with poorly done highlights.

Let me say this is the best salon Marlene did my highlights with base color and hair cut and I am beyond impressed with the outcome I came to her with roots for days and uneven blonde dry hair. She did such a great job I keep getting compliments on my hair. Her technique is amazing my hair is back to normal its not damage at all its sliky and healthy even after washing it with normal shampoo thank you God bless you I love my hair.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING ? ? it has done a super job on my hairr! Marlene is my stylist and she is so kind and helpful, this place is clean and has wonderful service and did I mention I have been there for 8 years! I totally recommend! ❤️

I just wanted to share a bad hair stylist experience based on a couple members reccomendations. I had booked an appointment at M&A Salon with Marlene based on the reccomendations of a few ladies. My appointment was at 3:45. I got there a few minutes early since it was my first time. I noticed she was just shampooing a client at 3:45 but thought perhaps it was color just being rinsed out. Nope she brought her back to the chair and proceeded to do a haircut. I started to wonder, as it as it was now 4pm and not one person had mentioned her running behind. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since it was only 15 min past and thought okay haircut but I'm sure no blow dry. WRONG! She then proceeded to section off and begin to blow dry her hair. I was honestly dumb for sitting there this long but at 4:20 when she pulled out the hair straightening tool, I asked can you tell me how much longer since my appt.was almost an hour ago? This was the first time she actually spoke to me and said 10- 15 more minutes....no apology for running behind or anything. At this point I just decided to leave. I was excited to try a new place that was close, affordable and recommended by others. Moral of the story is sometimes you get what you pay for and if you consider your time valuable, I would avoid this salon.
