I was at this store about a month ago, late evening. It was paaaacked. Nonetheless, they were still treating everyone with respect, not once giving anyone attitude, because the lines being so long (it wasn’t nor will never be their fault!), they were greeting everyone and smiling… then it came my turn…
I had a lotta items to buy and on top of that a bunch of balloons to get inflated. Not once they were mean nor say anything that made me feel uncomfortable, ???? ???? ???? ??????? ?? ? ????, ?????? ?? ??? ??? ??? ???????? ??? ????? ??????? ???!
I was sooo overwhelmed with their kindness and patience that I wanted to tip them, and they refused! I gave LaToya like 5 hugs and told her how thankful I was for their ahhhmazing service!
They went the extra 100 miles to get things done, and I cannot express how thankful I am to know that we have this kind of service in the neighborhood!

“First and most exciting, as you approach the front door, you are given a photo line-up of shoplifters. Now these are not your average 8×11 or 5x10 photos, no no no the owner instead is ensuring anyone from the sidewalk can too identify those 5 finger discounters from the line up. Shopping was fun, tons of items, very organized and very clean. Have great birthday banner/ balloons+++ stuff! Finale of the trip... as I'm standing in line to pay I hear a staff member get on the overhead speaker to advise 'ladies and gentlemen don't be scared, it's going to be alright but please know we have a shoplifter in the store!' ? ... this folks is pure genius ? ?”

“I've been in Dollar Trees all over America and this is definitely one of the best. They didn't have a refrigerated food section but they had everything else. All kinds of cool stuff that you probably won't find anywhere else and the store was very clean and organized. A cool place just to do random shopping for stuff that you need and for stuff that you might not even think you need yet.”

“This is a very well stocked and neatly organized store location. The workers are actually more friendly than other locations that I have been to. The store isn't usually over crowded. The lines don't usually take long at this location either. This location has a well organized area for the clothes and they are hung up on the hangers where they should be. The pet section is also well stocked and organized which makes it very convenient for customers to get their pet food. The manager is very professional and keeps the store in order. They have a large parking lot and they actually have shopping carts at this location. I do recommend this location because it's so neat and clean.”

“One of the best dollar stores I have ever been to. They have more items/selections than dollar tree and family dollar. They also have a lot of hard to find items here. They also play really good music here as well. I remember the last time when I came here in September 2023 they played One Republic - Counting Stars and Michael Jackson - Thriller.”

“They have a decent variety of items. But, you still need to check them for quality. Like their deodorant, some of them don't have any scent , & the dove soap bar doesn't smell like that dove scent. I found some cute summer clothes at a great price. Tools & items for my bike ( including a good chain & lock).
Even undergarments, cheap & cute.”

“The employees there were pretty nice and helpful, of course that is always varied. The amount of items held there was pretty nice too, I was able to come in and find the things I needed so I am happy about that. The parking lot may be a bit iffy, I walked to this Family Dollar though so I don't know how the parking experience would be like, overall its a pretty good place and is located somewhat near the neighborhood nearby. Though it is still a Family Dollar so your choice of going to Family Dollar or going to Walmart :)”

“I prefer to shop at this location because they have the bar soap that I want..This morning I went in to get water and some of that soap…I walk up to the only register open and I realize from the conversation,that the cashier was checking out a co-worker..As the cashier starts to ring me up.I hear a clapping sound,to which I initially ignore..I turned around because it continued.The source of the clapping was coming from another employee. I just looked at her,with a confused look.She then goes on to say a guy was stealing by putting things in his backpack. The co-worker who was being checked out says he’s going on his break..He then slides past me and slightly graced me,saying excuse me…To which I reply it’s okay.Because I didn’t think it was intentional..But the female co- worker who was doing the clapping sound goes on to talk further about the guy stealing and how she was checking cameras for that woman. Wasn’t 100% what woman she was referring to.But I wonder if she was referring to me,EVEN THOUGH I DID NOTHING WRONG…..As the cashier is getting change..She ask him oh you open my register or something like that..Smh..The whole purchase was strange and her vibe was off for me; She was not discreet in talking about the man nor did she attempt to engage the man..And it seems she let him leave..Which frankly has nothing to do with me.But somehow she made all big deal to the point she had to talk to the cashier about it..I love purchasing at this location and I will not shopping there but I’m not dealing with the strange behavior…And I will take it to corporate if necessary.”
