The things we wanted weren’t available at other stores, but the Kirby store had almost everything we wanted. He made the extra effort to check to see if it was in the back. “Store is fine for the most part.Has a good wide range selection, and some nice stuff for the price you are paying.The store itself is fairly small, you will feel cramped in the lanes and with how many people tend to be in there can get a little tight.I’ve never seen more than 2 self checkouts open as well so when the line gets long you are just stuck should really open 1/2 lanes for 10 items or less and keep 1/2 open for everyone else to keep lines moving and help people who are just grabbing a few things get in and out faster to help keep lines down.”

“Went on Sunday dec 3 and store was very tidy and clean as could be. It is a treasure hunt to find what you want that might be in your size. They do try to categorize things in women’s men, boys and children but of course everything gets mixed up. Sometimes it’s hard to find two shoes that match but overall I love going to the family thrift outlet. Specially, when it’s dollar 1.50 day or dollar day.. I don’t live in Houston anymore so it’s a rare occasion when I get to go to family thrift outlet these days. Maybe you should open the location in Matagorda county. There are no good thrift stores like family thrift outlet in Matagorda county.”

“This is a very well stocked and neatly organized store location. The workers are actually more friendly than other locations that I have been to. The store isn't usually over crowded. The lines don't usually take long at this location either. This location has a well organized area for the clothes and they are hung up on the hangers where they should be. The pet section is also well stocked and organized which makes it very convenient for customers to get their pet food. The manager is very professional and keeps the store in order. They have a large parking lot and they actually have shopping carts at this location. I do recommend this location because it's so neat and clean.”

“This place is fair pricing for a liquidation store in my opinion. They do sell all this stuff on Amazon but they also match prices from Amazon if you happen to find it cheaper there so that was nice. Lots of “AUKEY” brand electronics which is a decent brand on Amazon in my opinion. They have sections and rooms full of products and furniture items which to me was organized by categories so there’s a lot to look at. Went there looking for some furniture pieces and walked away with a nice desk for our office. Compared the price on Amazon for what I paid and I’m content. Probably only recommending looking for furniture, work out equipment and other furniture products to buy from here.”

Stock is pretty great here. Glad I don't have to hit up multiple stores to find what I need, a plus :D. Asthetic school supplies here, making Target run for its $$. I don't have kids yet but if I did oh man I would take them here and let them have a blast! Even great for office supplies for grown ups/teens, and teachers too.”
