If you eat from gas stations, be wary of this location. I needed hand soap after using the restroom as they were out and Ali was very nasty about the situation, refusing to offer the soap - saying they were out. When I realized my hands were stinging from the wipes he gave me which were CLOROX and asked that he give me soap, he suggested that I simply wash with water. I declined and waited quietly for his coworker to get soap, all while Ali berated me statements of how great customer service he is giving and that I am so demanding. All this over hand soap that the workers should DEFINITELY be using if they are handling food items, but also as they interact with so many all day. Gross. Rude.

I have driven by this Circle K location for over 30 years and never stopped until today. OMG - NO ENGLISH IS SPOKEN HERE and EVEN LESS ENGLISH IS UNDERSTOOD BY EMPLOYEES. I don’t think I’ll ever be stopping here again.?

It's a most convenient convenience store near my work which makes it more convenient than most convenience stores. The breakfast tacos are acceptable and they have that orange juice I like. But the convenience of this place is really where it's at.

It’s a very convenient location, however I can list several problems that management should think about.1. The pump overflows and the attendant says it’s my fault despite it being fully in the tank. I’ve never had a gas overflow issue at in the past2. The attendant did not clean up the gas issue despite it being all over the floor- pump number one. He did not seem concerned about the risk. Safety problems. Makes me wonder about all the protocols in general for safetyHe told me that I should be standing next to the pump the whole time. That’s fine but it would not have stopped the overflow issue in this case and I would have had gasoline all over my feet.3. The receipts are never printed from the outside machines. You always have to go in to get the receipt because they’re out of paper4. There are only four pumps and usually one of them is under service.5. The pumps are always very slow at filling

Fast service. All the windshield wiper stations had clean water and windshield cleaners, and unscented hand sanitizer at each pump.

Every time we try to use the drink subscription it tells us that we owe 5.99 even though we just purchased it so don't ever, in any Circle K, get that stupid subscription thing. It is a huge hassle and a huge waste of money! Never mind at the Circle K on Bissonnet in Houston Tx, except for the manager, nobody does their job!

Pumps about 1/5 gallon per minute. Not worth the time.

One of the 4 pumps is usually always out, and this may be the slowest gas pump I've ever used in my life. I sat for 3 minutes for it to dispense 2 gallons of gas before giving up. It's usually ridiculously slow.

The African clerk and Indian clerk are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I was yelled at for not knowing where a BC Powder was located ( I thought they were behind the counter. They made me feel uneasy when I inquired about gas and a BC powder. I really hope you do something about this and not just read it, they really are terrible human beings. Will NEVER go there again

It's a very bad service. The African cashier guy threw a bag for me and was unwilling to answer the price of the product. Or because I'm Asian. ??

It's difficult to believe Circle K wants to make a comeback as a chain of corner convenience stores in the Houston area (having bought out the old Valero locations). The people running this location have no respect for customers. Their newest trick is to save themselves a nickle by not putting receipt paper in the gas pumps. Three months in a row I have gone in there to buy gas and there has been no receipt paper. This can happen every once in a while but when it happens all the time, obviously it is intentional. There is no point in selling gas at the pump if you have to go into the store and then stand in line anyway to get your receipt. Shopping at Circle K is like being catapulted back 25 years into the past (and not in a good way).
