Bharathi Gopalakrishna is been seeing Mrs. BG which she is called at the clinic due to her name being so difficult to pronounce. She is caring and knowledgeable and she tries very hard to answer questions so that I can understand and I appreciate how she takes the time to explain and not rush thru a visit. If I ask for something she will try to help me if I need it! She an asset to the office!!!

Dr. Cheng has been My Physician for over 10 years. I think he is an exceptional doctor. He really seems to care about his patients and provides great customer service. I have recommended him to several family members.

Such a great experience . All medical assistants ,front desk and call center are on point, they always have an answer to my question and when there not available i always received a call back.my mom also comes and she has been with them for like ever .

I come to this office with my husband . It is a large spacious office , but some of the chair bottoms are filthy. They have stains on them as if they have been urinated on .They have been like this for some time now.

Doctor Blick and his staff are really horrible. I called with a serious problem and didn't want to see for two weeks. I demanded to be seen bcuz I had issues breathing. They will not make an exception. Only reason I demanded to be seen is because of my insurance. No time to switch phYsician. When they finally dEcided to add me. I showed up in the office and was called to see him. Someone checked my pressure and said it was nOrmal. When the doctor finally wenT inside the office. He made me check my chest and asked to just tell him where it hurts. That's it!!! He was glued to his laptop and never checked me. Then he spoke of his daughters. He then prescribed Me an inhalEr!!!! Told me to take it 30 min before my workout which I did. The symptoms got worse. So I discontinued the inhaler and caLled the office And was told that they will have dr Blick call me. 4 days later and nothing !! I will definitely not recomment this physician to anyone. Do not even know why he is in practice . Doesn't even deserve a one star tbh.

I've been coming here to see for about three years now, and my complaints are minimal. It's a good location for me, and since it's a medical building, I can also go to the lab down the hall for bloodwork, which is really convenient. Wait times are low, and while the front desk staff can be abrasive at times, they're usually polite if you're polite to them. My biggest complaint is my doctor's PA, she's horrid. I thought I'd sprained my wrist about a year and a half ago, and she was incredibly rude to me, and I was trying not to panic about my wrist, which was horribly swollen, and I could barely move it. There's absolutely NO reason for a medical care provider to be that rude to a patient. None. On the other hand, Dr. Blick is great! He listens to me and makes suggestions, and doesn't talk down to me, unlike his PA. He used to also have an NP named Rachel, but she's no longer with BDC. I hope he gets another NP soon, because he does get booked pretty quickly at times, and it IS handy to be able to see other members of his staff. Overall, if you need a new provider, this is a good place to go.

The lady at the front desk is helpful. I’m not a fan of Dr. BG. This is my first time here and I was Dr. BG’s first patient that morning. She took her time listening to me but she made me feel real uncomfortable while she was talking to me. It like Dr. BG was forcing me to take her advice after I told her numerous times I would think about it. I should’ve paid attention to the stars/reviews but I needed to see a doctor immediately. I will not be returning back here.

I have been a patient for a while now of Dr Danny Cheng , I feel comfortable with him and his nurse Liddy great PR skills , listens , explains answers questions , gives you options , referrals get done , results from test quick . Nice young Doctor and pleasant staff appreciate my auntie recommending him to me

This place is great! Suzanne is fantastic and very easy to talk to. The front desk was a little "business-ey" but that's their job so not a big deal to me. The front desk did do their best to squeeze me in on very short notice though. Great experience. Not going anywhere else.

Call for a prescription refill, they returned my call to advise it was ready. Before taking off work I called to confirm again that it was ready and what time I needed to be there by, since I was coming from Katy. Then when I arrive, they tell me, "you'll need an appt and can you come back the following day"... and take off work AGAIN!? If my time isn't important to you then I'll take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Sandra Scurria has been my primary physician for over 25 years. She is extremely professional and genuinely cares about her patients well being. There's never a long wait. She's very personal. I highly recommend her. The office is easy to access. Her medical assistant, Imelda is absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Danny D. Cheng is awesome. I've been looking for a doctor that was convenient to where I live and found Dr. Cheng when I was searching for the best doctors in Bellaire, TX. Dr. Cheng is young but don't let that fool you. He is very thoughtful and considerate. Some doctors are in a rush and are half listening to your problems. Dr. Cheng was very respectful of my time as a patient and I never felt rushed. I have gone to Dr. Cheng several times and all times have been pleasant. Dr. Cheng has also gone above and beyond his call of duty. He answers and replies to emails outside of office hours. A trait found among very few in this industry. Most doctors like to push you off to a nurse or a nursing service to reply to the patients. I saw the previous 1 star review and it is rather disappointing to see such a low rating given when the doctor himself is so good! I've found the best Bellaire doctor!
