I fully plan on switching pharmacies after the first of the year . I have been trying to get my refill for a week now . they shut down early 4pm they were closed the day before Christmas Eve . Been without my medicine for a week because they can't bother to be open or actually deliver it.

My cousin did a pickup order on Friday and this morning it charged her double and it made her overdraft and all they said was that it wasn’t them??♀️ridiculous

Took negatives here. They have to fedex them off to get developed then they get fedex back. 4 months later im still waitin for a couple of packages. They say there still processing. I get the fedex tracking # and find out they got sent to them end of december. Yet its april and they say its still processing. So they got lost or thrown away who knows. These were irreplaceable negatives (1 copy) they were 30 to 50 yrs old. I got the run around from the store. Then called the 1 800 #..i was suppose to get a call week ago from a manager...nope...so if u got important or old negatives..dont take them to walgreens cause they r completely worthless in terms of everything. It.came across as they really didnt care and/or know what they were doing but yet they offer a service they dont deliver on 100 percent.

I thought this place opened at 8am. It's crazy most Walgreens are open late. I waited outside until 8:05 and she said, oh we won't be open til another 20minutes... So I'm like, so not 8 o clock, while pointing to the signage. There's clearly 5 people outside waiting for the store to open. How unprofessional. Workers are so incompetent these days.

Manager is very unprofessional, I feel bad for the workers I seen her yell at them. Literally a manager yelling at a customer I told her not to be doing that. And she walked away.

I called the local store to suggest that they send some feedback upwards through management concerning their automated system of answering the phone...after discussing this issue with others who find it difficult to get the call transferred to a live associate.I finally told the "robot' that I needed a cashier.The call was transferred to an associate so I asked her if she could visually look for a product as being in stock. She said she was busy at the checkout at the front of the store so she transferred me to the manager on duty.The call was answered by a manager named Leslie.After describing the automated issue, she visually checked the merchandise in the area where it is usually located and replied that it was still out if stock. I told her that I had been waiting for the item for three weeks to be ordered and returned to stock. I had an image of the item on my phone so I gave her the UPC code. She found the listing for the item and immediately put it on order.I told her that I had recommended the product to others and I told them where to find it.I closed the call with commending her for her great customer assistance and great work ethic.Maybe if they get enough calls concerning the automated answering system, they will add one option in the menu to "Press Zero to be transferred to an associate"

Wouldn’t recommend this Walgreens. Very rude on the phone and unwilling to help, especially in the pharmacy.

Refused to sell product that I took off their shelves this morning because it wasn’t “in the system”. 100% believe that happened because the product I was trying to buy is highly collectible and possibly highly profitable. Wouldn’t be surprised to learn staff/management buys out all the collectible items before they even hit the shelves. Guess I just grabbed some before they could hide it. Any other item I would have brought to the register would have had some random price applied to it and we all know it.

Rude staff workers yet again. Red haired woman kept following me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I'm not there to steal from your stores. I'm not a 7 years old and I'm a grown man. Will never enter this store again and if you're going to enter this Walgreens in beeville be prepared to be labeled as a possible criminal if your not some white person.
