Only reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because i wasnt told there was an additional 3 percent fee for paying with a credit card....customers should be told about the extra fee upfront!!!”

“Your pet is in great hands as well as your hearts. I was very upset and concerned not knowing what was going on with my fur baby she was declining rapidly. I contacted the emergency line & from the moment Madi Roberds answered I knew we were in good hands. Words can not describe how incredibly kind and compassionate she is as well as the rest of the staff that took care of us. I have been a animal lover all my life & have seen many veterinarian offices over those years, this is the most caring place I have ever been. They not only care for the animals but they do the people as well and that is something you don't run across often. So a big thank you from Rosie and our family we are greatful to have found you.
