The owner needs to contact me in regards my daughter’s hair. It’s in shambles and we are completely dissatisfied with the results and the way the staff handled the situation. I won’t even go into all the other happenings at this visit. This appointment was basic and handled poorly.

n I went to Shear Envy for a haircut with Laryn who jacked my hair bad. The left side was an inch longer than the other. While I was there I made an appointment for six weeks for a trim. When I got there she was not, it seems she cancelled my appointment without telling me. I decided while I was there to make nail and pedicure appoint for the next week. When I got there at my scheduled appointment, the girl was late. When she got there she informed that a "Mexican lady" cancelled my appointment. I informed her no one in my household spoke Spanish. I then cancelled all my future appointments and said I would never use or recommend them.
