“Giving this store four stars instead of five because of a lot of delays I had in getting my phone service established, which was no fault of the customer service in the store. I switched over from Xfinity to Verizon and had a lot of delays on both ends, was told by each provider that my service would be established by a certain time or all I had to do was another step and then I would have service. But when each step was accomplished, there was another delay, but several hours over 2 days, it's done! Ariel & Jasmin helped keep me patient. I witnessed them helping other customers as well, and they are professional and knowledgeable about their products.”

We went to purchase a phone for my young daughter as a congratulatory gift wand Ambers interaction with her just made her day. Her gathering some insight from my daughters thoughts on what she wanted really stood out as most sales associates would directly speak with only the adults and not the children.
