I went in to make a payment last week and one of the employees with short blond hair that “was helping me” took off for lunch in the middle of everything. Not letting me know anything or even acknowledging me as a customer. It was very rude. Where I work we serve our customers to their needs and expectations even if we need to go to lunch we make sure our customers are taken care of before anything. Very unprofessional Cricket!

We recently visited this location and I gotta say that these guys knocker it outta the park.Amber was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Very knowledgeable and being courteous. We went to purchase a phone for my young daughter as a congratulatory gift wand Ambers interaction with her just made her day. Her gathering some insight from my daughters thoughts on what she wanted really stood out as most sales associates would directly speak with only the adults and not the children. Well you have definitely earned our business and we thank you kindly for all your hard work and help to diligently help us find what we needed and more!Great job Amber!

I went in shortly before closing and was helped by Crystal! She was amazing! Served me with so much ease and not in a rush at all considering I’m sure she wanted to get home. Crystal made the experience so simple and I will be recommending people her way!

Went in to see about getting upgrades on existing phones.Bianca didn't seem too eager to make a sale. When we asked about the phones on display.we were told to click on the screens to find out more on the features. But not all the phones were functional. So, needless to say.. we left without making a purchase.
