Had the vehicle for 13mths and transmission went out, been in a rental since May we’re now July and I get told by Ford warranty that there’s nothing they can do for me other than find a dealership that has a tech that’s licensed to breakdown a transmission…they’ve left me so overwhelmed and stressed out…I just want a good working vehicle
