just purchased my 5th truck from Blake in last 10+ years...great great experience, from my sales person Aldo Lopez Jr. to the GSM Joe Anthony Zamora, GM Samuel Potter, Finance-Josh Gutierrez, Service Mgr-Nicole, Parts Dept-Larry Garcia & CJ its the only place to shop, ur truly your one stop shop for all your car needs....don't waste your time going to all the big city dealerships// instead go to Blake Fulenwider Ford in Beeville, where "Blake and the Boys are waiting to serve your vehicle needs"!

Took my F250 to Blake Fulenwider Ford (Beeville) back in September due to issues I was having with my truck. I was told by Nicole (service manager) that the volume control valve was rusted which was a sign of filling up with bad diesel with water contamination. They informed me that I would need to replace the entire fuel system and was quoted $18K and that it would not be under warranty. I researched what other dealerships were charging and told them this was too high. After complaining about the price, they lowered it to $15K. I asked for them to send me a picture of the valve with the rust, in which she sent me a picture of the valve with absolutely no rust. I decided to drive 3 hrs. to the dealership to see the valve for myself. Once it was brought out to me, someone had wiped a substance on the valve that looked like rust that was not previously there in the picture. I softly rubbed my finger on the substance and it came right off, which if it were rusted, it would not do this. This is my first negative review on any business ever but I truly believe they were attempting to get me to pay for a $15K dollar repair out of pocket that my truck definitely did not need. After the valve issue with Nicole, I decided to tow my truck to another ford dealership due to getting the run-around. The other dealership inspected the valve and my truck and found out it was an issue with the driver's side fuel rail, which ended up being less than a $1000 repair that was covered under warranty. Luckily I did my research on the (supposed) issue and didn't take their word for it. I called Nicole and told them that the other dealership found a completely different issue and repaired my truck under warranty. I asked for a refund of the bill they were trying to collect and Nicole still wouldn't give me a refund. I had to call the GM and told him of the issue I had with his service department. He apologized and gave me a refund. I would not recommend ever using Blake Fulenwider service department! It's one thing if someone makes an honest mistake and misdiagnoses a problem with a vehicle, but it's completely unacceptable to alter my vehicle components and wipe something that looks like rust in order to get a customer to pay for a $15K dollar repair that is not needed.

I cannot say enough positive remarks about this dealership and our sales rep Justin. It was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. And trust me, we are not spring chickens and we've been around. Honest, hard-working professionals at this dealership. No BS and they really do have their customers interest at heart. Will be back to purchase a truck for our son.

After my experience I had to give them a five stars. My sales rep Allen Bear is by far the most knowledgeable car salesman that I have ever work with and I buy new truck every year. The finance manager Mike Willow was awesome he is super friendly and helped me understand everything about my new purchase and made financing super easy.
