This is literally the worst pharmacy customer service I have ever had. I have tried several times and not one good experience not one time

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. And I travel to dozens of pharmacies in the Austin area. Glibly slow and unproductive. This is my hell waiting here for them to not have anything ready for urgent hospice needs. I am embarrassed and ashamed for the staff.

Be prepared to wait minimum 20 mins for someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy. The staff is overwhelmed and in turn rude and hard to deal with.
