The most significant complaint is the manager, who is described as unfriendly, irritated, and lacking in basic customer service skills. They often will send a text saying that a prescription is ready and then after showing up, they will often tell you that the prescription is not filled and it will take 30-45 minutes. Wait times are insane. However, it is close to home so we have no real other choice except to drive way out of the way.

Holding time on the phone waiting for a person to answer is unacceptably long. It is not clear if any one would ever answer if you keep waiting on hold. I ended up calling HEB pharmacy.

Their hours are not correct. They close from 1:30 to 2pm, and the only place you'll find this info is on a post-it once you get hwre
