“Staff is always kind, caring and they make both me and my furry baby feel special!
Thank you for being my partner in my baby’s health! I appreciate you!”
“We want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Barnes and the entire staff. Dr. Barnes was fantastic in helping with pain management on our elderly Doberman. When it was time for her to cross rainbow bridge, Dr. Barnes was caring and very attentive to our feelings of losing a family member. The staff were extremely helpful and caring during this time.”

3421 W William Cannon Dr # 110, Austin“Brodie Animal has my 100% recommendations for anyone looking for a new veterinarian. My pets have been lovingly treated for almost 20 years. From the front desk, vet techs to all the doctors I am never disappointed!?They are all wonderful people!❤️”
“Great vets and staff! It took a long time for us to find a vet clinic we were happy with (for 10 years we drove to San Antonio for vet care). Finally found Star of Texas--vets and staff are excellent and provide terrific advice on keeping our three dogs healthy and happy.”

22012 Odell Fairway Trail, Spicewood“We have been coming here since about 2 years or so. We brought in a stray cat to be healed and rescued due to some sort of injury. He found us to take help him. He was in pain and not well and unable to eat or walk. We decided to name him since he chooses us to help him. We named the cat ginger. Unfortunately ginger there was nothing we could have done to save him. So we unfortunately had to put ginger down that day. The staff explained the things in why we couldn’t save him and what was the cause for his injury. Liked the experience and how well they treated me and helped me during the process.
Since from their I decided to have them as my main vet care for my 2 dogs during the time that I adopted them (2 years ago). Lyla and sugarbear are always happy to come in to see Dr. Morgan. Lyla could be there all day if she could sugarbear on the other hand doesn’t like the injections but he is well behaved. Both of my dogs are well take care of, loved during their check ups.
Their service that they provide is great. The spayed and neutered are not bad in price yet provide very well procedure in how to prepare before/after the spayed and neuter.
They explain things very well in detail yet in a way one can understand the visit.
They do have a clean and tidy up desk and rooms as well. Beautiful rooms, clean, yet comfortable.
Definitely happy in switching to this vet form what I had before in marble falls.”

5318 W US Hwy 290 Service Rd, Austin“We just had appointments with our two very senior boy cats. We asked that the older of the two cross the Rainbow bridge since his quality of life was no longer good. Both cats were handled with care and the older cat was euthanized very gently and compassionately. We have been bringing out cats here for over 20 years now and have always been treated well.”
“This practice is absolutely the very best. If you’re looking for a loving and caring veterinarian office, you have found it look no further! The staff is very friendly and loving and with each visit they always follow through with communication afterwards. Dr Lisa Okonsky is remarkable! I’m so fortunate in finding this practice years back after we adopted our hurricane Harvey kitten through the ASPCA. I highly recommend!”
“I have been using this Clinic for over 40 years from when the original Veterinarian owned it and have been very happy with the quality of care and service for the animals.”
“I can't thank Southwest Vet enough for their incredible help on Monday morning. My dog was experiencing a terrifying bowel obstruction emergency, and they were willing to change their schedules and find a spot for him. From the moment I called, their staff was compassionate and efficient. They got us in immediately, and the veterinary team was absolutely fantastic.
They explained the treatment options clearly, and provided top-notch care to my furry kid. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were reassuring and supportive, which made a stressful situation so much more bearable. Their prices were almost a 1/4th of another Vet in the area, which not only made it affordable but prevented a potentially huge financial burden!
I'm so grateful for their expertise and dedication. Southwest Vet truly went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet owner in Austin. They are lifesavers!”

10601 Ranch to Market 2222, Austin“We’ve been taking our 7yo dog to Dr Frank at 2222 aince he was 8 wo and it’s the only place we would ever take him.
They were super available to take him in immediately without an appointment when he got attacked by a shepherd dog. It was the first place we drove to after the incident and they immediately took him back for surgery.
Their follow up care was amazing.
My dog is now a happy tail wagging pup! ???
Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Dr. Johnson and the staff at Love Pet Hospital exceeded all expectations in kindness and compassion for my special needs senior dog. Thanks for making a stressful day much better!! I will most definitely be returning and highly recommend this group.”
“You all were so kind when my son had to put his dog down while visiting here with his dog from Colorado. You all have been great with our cats. Always a good experience.”
“If we lived closer now, Zeek the GSP, would only go there. I entrusted HCAH for years with my fur babies until we said goodbye to them at 15 & 18 years old.
When Zeek got a cough and I wanted him to be seen asap. His vet close to us (we adore) just couldn’t fit us in. Sitting on 360 southbound then northbound on a late afternoon should tell pet owners how much I trust them. We have plenty of options closer, but the entire staff truly cares about each one and the patients and their loving mom/pops/humans whatever u call yourselves.”

“This is a wonderful veterinary practice. Dr. Unflat and his team are very kind and take excellent care of their patients. My dog has a lot of special needs, and the staff are always patient with him and are very thoughtful regarding his care. Furthermore, whenever he has been ill, they have always been willing to work him into their busy schedule. I'm so grateful that my dog has such a great medical team, and I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.”
“When I called to get my pet established I was able to talk to a live person. When I went for the appointment we were welcomed by a very friendly staff and outstanding vets.”

2500 US-290, Dripping Springs“Dr. Moore and her staff at Lonestar are the absolute best! She has gone above and beyond for both my dogs, especially for Dexter, who was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Dr. Moore always explains in careful detail what is happening/ next steps. She and her staff have been excellent at allowing us to see a holistic vet and coordinating with our oncologist for Dexter’s ongoing care. They genuinely care and often go above and beyond for their patients and their families. Dr Moore and her Lonestar Team provide service that is always outstanding, professional, and kind!If you love your pets like family, take them to Lonestar!”
“Dr. Cordeiro is a rock star! We went to this vet clinic to get a second opinion for my dog’s limp. She was very thorough and was able to determine that his limp was due to a serious injury (our previous vet told us our dog’s limp was caused by a mild yeast infection in his paw, and was just being dramatic). We are so happy that we finally have an answer and are able to get him the proper care he needs. Thank you so much Dr. Cordeiro!!”
“I have been breeding for over a decade and have been truly blessed when I was Introduced to Dr Glen Portie & Dr Garcia. These Doctors and their staff go over and beyond any other clinics in the Austin and surrounding areas I have had several emergency situations where they have been there to share their knowledge and offer advice and even prayer I highly recommend Sunset Canyon BFR BULLIES”

“Dr. Christina Forras is absolutely AMAZING! She is so kind and caring and has a touch with animals that is very special.
She knows my cat loves jazz and stays calm if she hears jazz, so she went above and beyond, (WITHOUT me even asking), and brought her own bluetooth speaker and jazz channel to play during coco's visit. if you are looking for a calm and caring vet, definitely go see her!”
“The technicians are very compassionate and skillful. Wendy has been amazing with my fearful pup and my sensitive little one as well. The DVMs give GOLD standard care each and every time. The full staff is very trustworthy.”

3930 Bee Cave Rd, Austin“We've been going to Westlake Animal Hospital for close to two decades now (our dog is - gulp! - almost 18). The entire team is exceptional, and last week catapulted our estimation even higher when we had to bring our dog in for some heavy duty kidney care. Everyone from Dr. Asbury to Dr. Voelzel to all the lab techs to the whole crew at the front desk (thank you Debbie for always giving Aspen such an amazing welcome!) were there for us and gave Aspen compassionate, thorough care. In good times and in challenging ones, they've been absolutely wonderful and we're forever grateful (and despite being poked and prodded, Aspen didn't want to leave at the end of the day - when does that happen!?! I can't think of a better testament to a veterinarian hospital!).”
7AM - 7PM
9324 US-290, Austin“Brought our cat in for the laser declaw. Great experience, said our cat. My only comment would be we had six points of contact, each with a different person. However, that was not an issue as they provided a consistent message.”
“So happy with my first visit to VCA. The staff were all super friendly and great with my kitten, very gentle. She actually had an enjoyable experience here, even got treats! I really appreciate that the staff didn’t push me to get extra services/ vaccinations done etc. knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff. Clean and comfortable arrangement for fur babies. I have found my vet! Thank you!”

3710 US-290, Dripping Springs“Great vet for pets and livestock. Easy access location on US290, between Dripping Springs and Austin. Lots of love provided by the staff. Reasonable costs. Outstanding care!”
“Follow up. I did have to end up putting Zeus down a few days later. The beauty out of all the pain of having to go back again was…..
We got up at 6 am. I took him outside to see his last sunset as we listened to some smooth jazz.
All the people that knew him came to say their goodbyes and I took this last pic of him.
Once we got to CAH they gave me a few moments to say my goodbyes. I told him without you, I wouldn’t be here.
As the medicine was sent through his body and as I watched his life slip away, I told him that I loved him and he died in my hands.
As painful as all this has been, I am very grateful my buddy went out like the best friend he was to me.
My buddy. ?”
“The staff here is so sweet. My beloved 13 yo Bleecker passed away on a Monday morning and I live across the street from this vet. I had been expecting it due to an earlier diagnosis of congestive heart failure but you never really expect it. I raced over there but I knew it was too late. The staff let me grieve and say goodbye in the room with Bleecker for as long as I needed and they demonstrated such sincere sympathy for me during the entire process. Each person I interacted with was so kind and understanding, they offered me water, tissues, time, and a hug. When I called them crying the next day asking them to save some of his fur, they were incredibly patient with my sadness and promised to clip as much as they could for me. In the end, I got my fur clipping and I'm so thankful to Village Vet for hearing my request. It's the only thing I have left of his physical body so I cherish it so much. Village Vet even sent me a nice handwritten card expressing their sympahty for me.”
