Katie at the Bee Caves location is a rock star. She’s always been able to get what I need done completed. She’s friendly, efficient and very competent. Stark stark contrast compared to the service I had for years at T Mobile.

Terrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. They made us wait for an hour just to be told that the phone doesn’t qualify for trade in. They didn’t even apologize for the situation. Recommend taking your business elsewhere

We were having SIM card problems and decided to go to this Gallaria store. Jesmy greeted us and was wonderful and efficient, replaced our card within 10 min. Very good experience!

Verizon are thieves. Decent quality hardware, but they constantly look to upcharge for unnecessary service. Pay $200/mo for 4 phones. SHOP AROUND, you will find better deals.

I love Verizon. Been with Verizon for 10 years. Never had issues with my phone, never had issues with my plan. Always had good customer service in person at the Verizon store. Today I just wanted to get some information about upgrading my phone. After about an hour, I decided a new phone AND, Verizon WiFi at home would be right for me. Unfortunately the Verizon WiFi doesn't work with the phone Jack that I have at home. I'm either going to have to return it. Or see if they have a tech that can change the phone Jack to fit.

Walked in to cancel my line since I switched over. The guy that was helping me made a face once I said I was switching over to spectrum. Then two other workers chimed in and kept shaming me/ making me feel guilty for switching over and would not stop after I clearly wasn’t saying anything. Please don’t make your customers feel uncomfortable or shame them for wanting to switch. I actually have no issues with spectrum and always had issues with Verizon. Also please don’t say “yeah you’ll come back to us” just cause of that comment and how uncomfortable I felt there, I definitely won’t.

The support center is clueless. Don't know when to escalate an issue to the right dept. spent over 2 hours in chat. Then when opened again asked me for more info on a very simple issue.. horrible!

We went to the Verizon store today to buy new phones and switch from ATT to Verizon. We were so fortunate to be helped by Katie. She was incredible: so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We left with new phones, and two new IPads (free). Should you need new equipment or just help with a problem, we highly recommend you ask for Katie.

The people who work at this store are great! I do recommend making an appointment because they're usually busy. My appointments have always run on time, and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I've had on-going problems with cell phone reception since moving to the Austin area. I replaced my iPhone 8 with a new iPhone 13 last year, thinking that might help, but if anything, it's worse now. I consistently have only 1-2 bars and sometimes none. I've been a Verizon customer for many years, but may be forced to find a different carrier. I'm shocked that cellular signal is so low in a large metropolitan area like this. I'm giving 5 stars to this store, but not to Verizon.
