Our experience at the UPS store in bee cave has been far from pleasant. I forgot my password for the online printing, while that was still a feature in use. None of the people in the store could help me to get my password reset or to assist me with someone I could talk to in order to help me. I had to create a complete new account on my husband's email. We tried to get a document notarized, the person in store said he did not know where the stamp was and that he could not help us. I tried to send a print order to the store this morning, apparently the online print order feature has been removed. None of the people in store knew why, they also said they could not assist me if I needed printing done today because they did not know how to print a document when I email it to the store. I asked if they have been trained on printing documents, the person said that they have not been trained.
A very unsatisfied experience as none of the services offered by the store, as being advertised, could be done, because the people were not trained. I will not use the store again.

This business should be avoided at all costs.
I was in a rush to get to the airport and didn't have a chance to print the label. but I had it on my phone. I stopped at this store since it was on my way, and my regular UPS store was out of the way.
When I got to the counter, they refused to scan the label from my phone. They said I needed to buy internet access on their computer to log into my email and print the label out. Since my company doesn't allow access from public computers I forwarded it to a trash email then I accessed the file from there.
Printed the label out handed it to the woman. she then scanned it and printed the shipping label. The same barcode that was on my phone she was able to scan from paper but wouldn't do that unless I bought internet access from her.
Then it got worse. Logging out didn't stop the timer. What my debit card was charged was double what I was told it would be, I've also gotten notices that there has been attempted logins to my email following logging into it from this UPS Store's computer.

Deb, Jose, Matt, and Will are seriously the best. I’ve never been to a more helpful and inviting UPS store than this one. They really helped me with a GREAT ATTITUDE!

The staff at 6861 15511 HWY 71 STE 110 are awesome. Will is the store manager and the team is professional and informative and kind.

Kindest group of employees you’ll ever see in a UPS. All teammates gel well and support one another. They help get you in and out fast. Only downside: for multi-signature notarization, they won’t use multiple employees to do it :(

UPS in Bee Cave has fabulously helpful employees! I ran out of the house with my printed Amazon return receipts and some open boxes. Caleb sorted me it out and got all the proper receipts in the correct boxes! Thank you!

Service is always great at this location. Even long lines move quickly and efficiently. This review is to give special recognition to Debbie. She went above and beyond to help me "fill in the blanks" for my package going to NC which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Debbie for your great customer Service.
