I don't understand your company. I did business with Baron, the previous manager, many times, and never had a bad experience. He was exceptional. This new manager is, to put it mildly, awful. I won't even get into the details, because I have had it with this store. Why would you put someone like this in charge? I flip homes and use an enormous amount of paint, but I will never purchase from Sherwin Williams again.

I've been here 3 times to have them match paint or make more paint from our builder. Our builder paint is sherwin Williams, I bring the cans in with the original formula. Every time they tell me they can not make it. They don't even try. They don't look up the formula or even look at the can to see the formula, or even scan the paint I bring in. They say they need a 2x2 from our actual wall. Or that the paint was discontinued or a different Sherwin Williams made the paint so they can't. alway with a run around. It seems like no one wants to help or work. They only care about the professional painters. Guess who will match the paint and take time to get it right? Home Depot. Do not even bother to go here.

I asked for 5 gallons and was expecting 5 separate cans and the guy gave me a 5-gallon bucket. This is not what I wanted. This was for few home projects and now I have to haul this heavy bucket around with a bad back. I'm so disappointed. They should have asked me if this is what I wanted. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have gave them 0.

They weren't helpful at all.We are building our house and we came here looking for some help and guidance. The two gentleman working were rude and short with their responses. When we were leaving the worker happily greeted a contractor walking in by first name. Why was he rude and dismissive to us?The place is a mess, with piles of mixed up color swatches scattered all over the table and most of the colors are not in the display case. Very disappointed.

Went to a few paint stores to pick out the right color(s) when we were repainting our house. The staff were very helpful in selecting the right paint. Gave us samples to try at home. We recommend this store highly.

The customer service is horrible. I was looking for a specific paint color. They told me to come next day, then in two days, then next week. I waisted two weeks on waiting. It’s never happened, they never delivered the paint

Have paid order to pick up and store is closed. Recieved email order is ready. It's 3:30pm on a Tuesday. Website says open. Store hours on door says should be open. Store is dark and locked up.

I'm going to try to be an understanding customer because I know Sherwin went through some tough times with supply chain issues during the pandemic and the notorious texas winter freeze destroying their paint stock. I've been a frustrated customer calling every single day to find 1 additional gallon of paint I needed to finish off my room. Of course Murphy's law runs its course and I run out of paint when the shortage started... I've visited so many times that some of the employees remember my name lol. I feel for these guys. They were tired, helpless, and constantly dealing with irate customers who need supply. I'll turn a blind eye to that, but it would have been nice to get a callback for my reservation on the paint. I am certain that what I needed had arrived but no one called me. That said, what really makes me upset about this situation is that this store added a 5% fee when no other sherwin store was doing this. I know this because I purchased items from two different stores in the same week had this 5% surcharge tacked on to my bill. If you are doing this, you better make sure that signs show it. You can't sneak this in the bill!
