DO NOT USE! Beware of the is Storage Facility. The assistant manger Savanah was unable to assist us on the day of our move in. I spoke with their corporate office multiple times and was left out to dry. Their manager Audrey came in and was also unable to help us find a resolution to the disfunction we experienced yesterday. To make matters worse, I was told their manager Brandon and district manager Steven were going to give me a call to help find a resolution, they never reached out.

This is a terrible place to leave all of your belongings. My unit had a water leak and my mattress got damaged. They did not take any responsibility for my mattress. Spoke with management and they said they could not do anything to compensate me for the damage. I moved out of the storage unit and the mattress seemed like it was fine, but now the foundation of the mattress is completely ruined thanks to the water damage. It is a foam 1200 dollar mattress. If only they would have done the right thing and have replaced my mattress. I payed 100 bucks a month to keep my things safely stored. Do not use this storage unit, bad customer service, and if god forbid your things got water damaged they would not take responsibility for it

Couldn't be happier with the experience I had today @ SecureSpace Bee Caves. Aubrey answered every question I had with ease. She was very well spoken and easy to talk too. Awesome Customer Service, and Very Professional. Highly recommend!

This place is a go-to for all your storage needs! I had a lovely experience with my sign up and move in because the girls up there were so helpful and professional. The facility itself is clean and I can feel good about leaving my stuff there. I recommend to anyone in the area.

Staff was very helpful! They made the check in process easy and smooth. Showed us right to our unit.Facility is great. Flat bed carts provided and make moving large quantities a very easy and quick process.Would recommend.
