Used to be a good shop but came in earlier this week and to my surprise, the main people up front were extremely disrespectful. I trust the ones who work on my car, but cannot get by the people in charge. I was there first to get an inspection and the person who came in after me left before me.

I went here because my friend told me they do a great job and their honest people ! My first time was a great experience and yes they were honest , I probably will only go back to the Lexus dealer again if they instruct me to! Thanks Qualtech !

Good, fast work. Diagnosed carrier bearing failure and had replacement driveshaft delivered from Dallas and installed in 1.5 days. Every other shop I called had a 3 day or more wait time to even diagnose the problem.

After a bad visit with the Honda dealership last Thursday, Mike invited me to bring my car in on Friday ( before Labor Day weekend). After inspecting the throttle box to provide a light cleaning and recalibration along with an excellent general inspection, I was rolling again the same day which was awesome. I know it was super busy but Quality Tech really saved me. Mike is an awesome asset to your organization.
