“What amazing service! After stopping by the ol brick and mortar fire stone who did not have any state inspection personnel onsite at the time (Saturday at 9am) though I asked before coming, said to come on in. Arrived only to find out they did NOT have anyone onsite. Grease Monkey should have been my first call and stop but I went against my better judgment. The owner in the photo above and his wife were MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING! Typically they do not perform state inspections on a Saturday but he said to come on in. Arrived and they were swamped so I really appreciate the them going above and beyond even though it was only for a STATE INSPECTION. This is truly a mom and pop shop feel/experience with a modern sprinkler. I loved the shop! The employee's / technician looked quite young which I think we need more of in this world. An opportunity to prove one's self and also learn from an older generation. Also, it was a Saturday so I thought to myself, maybe they bring in the "younger" crew during the weekend to give the "old men" during the week a day off haha. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes to take in the experience and workflow. It was very nostalgic to see these teenagers crank some wrenches!! The chain of command and workflow was amazing! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The owners wife was a real breath of fresh air- kind, funny, and meant business all in the same 3 minute conversation! Love love love!!! I will certainly be back for my oils changes on my 2022 GMC AT4. I love what this shop represents for the future and present! Amazing job to all!!”

“Car was running and idling poorly. The check engine code I had scanned led me to believe it would be a very expensive fix. Took my car in when they were closed on Sunday and left my keys in the drop box. They sent me their diagnostics of the car on Tuesday (luckily not as bad as I had thought), and had it fixed by Friday for a reasonable price. Very happy with my decision to use Whitlock.”

“This car wash is the best quality wash around where I live! The owners are very kind and friendly to me when I come in. They prepare the cars they wash before they pass them through the tunnel which I greatly appreciate since my paint won’t be scratched again like other bad car wash companies. They are the best money for value and even have a nice lobby with waters while you wait! They left my truck looking better than new when I first bought it!”
“Preparing for a trip noticed that there was too much oil from a recent oil change performed at a different location. Latroy and his team never hesitated and drained the excess oil, noticed that the coolant reservoir and windshield wiper fluid was empty and filled them up.
Great service with a smile and a terrific attitude. Very customer centric. Next time I need an oil change I know where I am taking my vehicle.”

“I rolled up to the Brodie location to get fluids refreshed and Shannon found a pen stuck in the reservoir runoff. He explained that with the low fluids and the pen lodged in the runoff - the engine would’ve overheated and blown. The man literally saved me from buying a new car.
He topped up all the fluids and now has a customer for life.
