If I could I would have given less than a 1 star. Less than average customer service including both the store manager and printing manager! I went into the store to get some flyers printed. Everyone in there said I had to do it online, so I did. When I got the order, it was done incorrectly- not as ordered. Both of the managers stated that you can't do that online even though there is an option to select it they said it goes to the regional store but nowhere on their website does it say this. They were not willing to make it correct. I would never recommend this Office Depot.

The print shop does nothing but just copies they do not do any graphic work or set up on the computer anymore

Stupid and complex policies for empty cartridge credits. Don’t waste your time or cartridge business on them—you can buy them at much better prices online.
