“This is the kindest postal place I've stepped foot in. Plus they have so many other knick knacks you can find - perfect for one off gifts and fun things you can ship to people outside of Texas. Thank you for your service!”

“Sorry to add to your ongoing (and long-running?) problem but it seems that one of your postbox holders (who might or might not be traceable as "abolities.news") frequently advises me that various subscriptions "have run out", and can be reinstated by sending some money.
Perhaps one of your rental customers receives strange or no mail, or possibly there is no relationship with your company at all. Either way, it impunes your company's no-doubt good reputation.”

“The great customer service here exceeds expectations! Daryl helped us return a very heavy kayak, two paddles, two life vests of different
sizes, and an air pump. It was a complicated return, and Daryl was kind, patient, and helpful through it all. We really appreciated his help
with this stressful return so much!! Great experience!!”

“I have used this store as well as the local UPS and even CVS to drop off packages. This store is locally owned and to the people who complain "the owner had an accent" yes they do. They immigrated from the Ukraine/Russia and lived here proudly for many years. They are extremely grateful and proud to be living in the United States, as well as Texas. It is their own business and they've done the best they can in a tough environment. They had a very sweet dog that was 13 years old and just sat there. They no longer have that dog with them because they're sensitive to the fact that some people would look in the window and see a dog and not want to enter. So many local businesses are owned by big corporations. These people are doing the best they can to make a living when they have absolutely no control over the price of shipping an item. I find it ironic that people would comment about someone's accent when clearly their English is adequate -and an accent somehow is a negative . I had this discussion with them simply going there for a small purchase of notary of a document. I would consider the next time you are in Steiner and want to ship a document if you have a few seconds, ask the owners about their life and experiences. It is very interesting.”

“I’m always satisfied with the service at the Four Points UPS Store. They do more than their share of free work for both Amazon and Spectrum. We now must overpay for mail and delivery — the pleasant demeanor of staff is a breath of fresh air!”

“My favorite errands are when I have to stop by USPS because of the kindness, high quality service, and laughs that always come out of my stops to this USPS. I am so thankful for the people who work at our local USPS - thank you for making our days better. You were there when I had to send my wedding invites, get a weirdly shaped care package to my mom, or to find a special family item that was lost in transit - you never give up and always make things easy! I consider this USPS a part of our Sunset Valley community.

The bad reviews for here literally must have gone to a different location and are confused with somewhere else (or just hate mailing things generally).

Pro tip: If you’re confused about something at the post office - Google it before you go! There are endless tips online. And then be nice to my friends behind the desk when you come please :) they can’t change rules / policies / mistakes that happen outside of our USPS!”
