Love Lowe's garden center. They have nice selection of bushes and flowers, best price in town and great 1-year warranty on trees. While all private local nurseries hiked the prices up during Covid and after Texas snowstorm, Lowe's still keep their price the lowest. Wish they have a more trees and fruit trees this year like other years, but it's understandable. the snowstorm must have impacted their (and other nursery) supply dramatically

If I could give negative stars, trust me I would. All I have to say is if you want to order appliances, go somewhere else. You will pay thousands of dollars and get the run around from the staff, never hear from the store manager, load of s*** from their corporate office , and employees who generically give you answers that are lies. We order two appliance here and not only did their delivery guys lie to get out of delivering our appliances one night as we waited hours for them, they constantly delay your shipment, when you talk to dispatch they never have an idea of who is delivering and what is actually going on. When we finally received our dryer, it was completely dented and banged up but of course Lowe's took no accountability for it and said it's the manufacturers fault. Their delivery guys also don't respect your home and walk through it without putting in foot coverings . When we tried for weeks to get In touch with the store manager and never heard a peep, after our stuff got delivered which was over a month, the manager decided to call . I will never come to Lowe's for any more shopping. I'd rather go any other hardware store or Home Depot.

The least helpful Lowe's I have been too. They always seem to lost to want to offer help. Only a couple of guys there that actually know what's going on. Otherwise good luck. Better be willing to watch a YouTube video to find what you're looking for and then good luck getting help to actually find it.

Messed up and trusted this Lowe's with a 5600 dollar appliance purchase. The after the sale follow through has been garbage and we are stuck now for over 5 weeks without a fridge. Whatever you do please DO NOT TRUST this store.

NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't care and only give excuses. They promise to find out what is going on with your order and never call back. I ordered a dishwasher and a refrigerator from them on Memorial Day. First they blame it on the factory distribution center and then when it gets to their distribution center they lie it hasn't shown up. Then when you speak with someone else, they admit it's there, but the trucks coming to Austin are full. We have been in a house with no refrigerator or dishwasher for almost a month. When I spoke with Jonathan, one of the shift managers, he is good at giving excuses but no solutions. Incompetent people. If you want fast appliance delivery and people who give a damn, go to Home Depot.

I had a bad experience with a cashier named Sarah at the nursery at Lowe's Bee Cave today, 6/24. I checked out 4 bags of potting soil at the sale price of $10. She rang up the regular price. I told her they were on sale 4 for $10. She did not believe me, so I went back to take picture of the sign to show to her. She still argued with me that it was wrong, until another employee came to tell her to ring up the sale price. After I paid for the soil and other stuff, I got the receipt. I checked the receipt and found that she rang up something that was not in my basket. So another cashier had to take me to the return register to give me credit for that unknown item. Sarah needs to be retrained in customer service and needs to pay attention to her fingers when she rings up stuff for customers so she does not charge customers for things that they don't buy. I hate for her to yell so loud at me during this Covid-19 time. Bad !!!

The worst store and customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered $4000 worth of interior doors in April and still don't have them. Lowes, the salespeople and management at this location have made every excuse under the sun, taken no responsibility and have zero follow through when they "promise" they'll get back to me. I can't even get through to the corporate office to file a complaint. Should've placed the order through Home Depot. Lesson learned. Stay away from this store unless you're purchasing something in stock and don't need any help or customer service!

Our refrigerator picked a terrible time to break down during the tail end of a pandemic. Due to the horrific amount of hoarding at our local stores, the precious little amount of food we procured for our freezer was almost a miracle and the thought of losing our contents was really dismaying. It's just two of us, so we have no backup fridge and needed to purchase a new one ASAP. I was admittedly frazzled when I went to find a new fridge and the gentleman who's name I can't recall was so helpful and gracious and steered me away from a Samsung due to their issues and helped me land on a fabulous Whirlpool French style fridge. Delivery was almost two weeks out, which wouldn't work during this emergency, so he managed to squeeze us in for a delivery 6 days out. Thankfully we got our freezer to hold out for those last few days and lived out of our yeti as the fridge was toast. Stressful!!! The day of delivery felt like Christmas!!! We love our new fridge and are so relieved to not stress anymore. The only suggestion I have is for the delivery crew to wear masks. I'm immune compromised, Sonics been taking Covid precautions very seriously. We aren't out of the woods yet, so it was a little unsettling to have the crew not practicing distancing and breathing and taking all over the kitchen and living room. I'm a germaphobe as it is, so wish Lowe's would implement the wearing of masks when their staff are in customer's homes. Sure would suck to have been vigilant with isolation only to catch Covid from a delivery driver. We did a Lysol bomb after they left and wiped down the many surfaces the crew touched, but I could tell they are anti- mask by their demeanor, so we let it go, but customers should not be left to feel awkward during these times. I have no idea where the crew has been nor what they could've been exposed to, so that's why I took off a star, we desperately needed our fridge, so didn't want to ruffle any feathers. I think it's irresponsible of Lowe's to not require their delivery teams to practice safety measures at this time.

Curbside pickup is a joke. Sitting in one of their pickup spots I repeatedly called the displayed phone number only to be passed around by their system over and over. The one time a human did pick up he too put me back into the same endless, fruitless system. Everyone I saw pull up for curbside pickup ultimately had to go inside the store.

Bravo to Lowe's Bee Cave paint department! They are efficient, kind, and knowledgeable! We recently hired a paint team and part of the deal was that we would purchase the paint. With the help of Eric at Lowe's Bee Cave my purchase of three different exterior house colors was easy. He even helped me carry the paint to my car after I checked out! I was so impressed! The house looks fabulous and I am thrilled with the service I received. Thank you Lowe's for hiring great people! I will recommend you to neighbors and friends!

I do not have an issues with any of the products that Lowe's carry. It's the time you have to wait in line to check out. It seems that the times I have gone to Lowe's due to in need of something for my house, that when waiting in line to seems to take forever. I mean not a couple of minutes but 10 minutes or more due to one person checking our or the computer system is down. I don't know if it is my luck or just the days. I just say be warned about the time you might have to wait to get through the check out line.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not usually one to write bad reviews, but this is the worst experience I've ever had with a business! Zero customer service and apparently zero accountability for anyone that we've worked with. The first disaster happened when we ordered a new disposal to be installed. We set up the install weeks in advance and received several reminders for the appointment that was scheduled between 12-1:30. After 2:30, I called Lowe's to find out where the installer was and was told they weren't sure, but would reach out to him and let me know. Another hour went by and we still had not heard from Lowe's, so I called back again. They then told me the installer hurt his back and had called that morning to cancel our appointment, but no one bothered to call to let us know. We had been waiting since noon without as much as a courtesy call/text/email from anyone. So they canceled our appointment and told us to call back when we were ready to reschedule. Then, at 4:30, I received a call from the installer saying there was a mix up in his system, and that his time slot for us was 5-6:30. He said he never called Lowe's and told them he hurt his back, and he could still come if we wanted him to. So after waiting all day, the installer finally arrived at 7 Pm. Unfortunately, after all of that, it was a more complicated installation and the installer did not not have the parts needed to put in the disposal. On top of that, in the same week, we were supposed to have five windows installed that we ordered at the beginning of October. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks from purchase to get the windows in. I reached out to Lowe's multiple times over the weeks asking for confirmations, ETA dates, updates... nothing. You'd think after spending that amount of money you'd get some sort of confirmation or communications to follow along with and it wouldn't be like pulling teeth just to find out when to expect your window delivery. After the six week window ended, I FINALLY got an update.. not to expect the windows until December 31st!! How does a 4-6 wk window change to over 11 weeks without a simple email or phone call? Ridiculous. On top of this, I was told they talked to my husband in October and he was aware of ETA.. all lies! They did not even have my husbands phone number on file and were just flat out lying. So disappointed and frustrated by this entire experience with this company. I expected much more from Lowe's and their customer service. Stay away from this store and DO NOT use any of their instillation services!!!!!!

Funny how when you really need service no one is available. I was seeking Christmas items and trees. So there I was in a hurry for a party to throw and my boyfriend and I was stunned when we were seeking help to buy a large tree for our place. So we waitedcahs walked all over the store and seems only three people working at Lowes incall we saw. I felt like leaving and going to buy a tree elsewhere. The lights for Christmas tree was a little higher than most areas so I decided to do online shopping. Lowes needs an over haul in there store. We were so disappointed hoping they improved in any areas but nothing gave me incentive to return. I hope management read this review to mobilize the loss of money a customer really wants to spend in there business. Will not recommend this location. I felt they have so much to offer especially nice selection of outdoor furniture.
