The least helpful Lowe's I have been too. They always seem to lost to want to offer help. Only a couple of guys there that actually know what's going on. Otherwise good luck. Better be willing to watch a YouTube video to find what you're looking for and then good luck getting help to actually find it.

Tried the Lowe's app to order a few things & they brought everything out to my car when I arrived less than 10 minutes after placing the order. Thanks Lowe's!!!
