Rachel and Blake at the customer service desk are awesome! I had to buy and install a new dishwasher and they were both very patient with me and gave 5 star service! We love our new Samsung dishwasher and are very happy with Lowe's Bee Cave!

I am appalled at the lack of respect this store has for its customers. I was checking out and one of the employees, I believe the name was sue, was not only dismissive of me but also extremely rude. I needed help checking out and she ignored me until I called her for about the 5th time and when she came over to help me she was extremely rude and irritated that she had to do her job. I honestly cannot comprehend how this woman is still employed. I will never shop at this Lowe’s again and I pray that you find better employees.

I had never shopped in The Lowe’s in bee caves in the past. After the experience I had today, I will only go back to get the money that I was overcharged for, because I was told that was the only way to get my return. The cashier, Corbin in the garden center was not only unprofessional, but he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by returning after I was charged twice for the product I had bought. After much heavy, breathing, sighing, and eye rolling from Corbin, he directed me to customer service where I still didn’t feel like my voice was heard After showing my bank statement that said I was charged twice they denied being able to No
find the first transaction and told me I had to come back on Monday when banks were open. I still have yet to receive the money in my account for the returned transaction and as I will “wait till Monday“ I have Not Ben Schoen this level of unprofessional and quite some time. I strongly advise you go to a different Lowe’s. If you’re expecting to get any type of good customer service cause this place was not it.

Bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's in Bee Caves, Tx. Vonn was the guy who installed it. He turned it on to make sure everything was working. He was friendly, considerate, and very Professional as well as funny. We ladies cannot do without our appliances!!!

I met Susanne Rodriguez in the midst of my bathroom cabinet decision paralysis. She was a LIFESAVER! Our first meeting was impromptu, and she could not have been more helpful and patient. After a few days, I scheduled another meeting with her and placed my order. She advised me so well, and our cabinets are exactly as I envisioned! If you are shopping for cabinets, I highly recommend making an appointment with Susanne at the Lowes in Bee Cave, Texas!

First of all, you should know that the location on Google Maps is incorrect, the charger is on the left side of the Lowes, behind the Subway, the cable is very short, but the charging is very fast, that's why I give it this rating, quiet place with many places to enjoy

This has to be the worst garden section in the area. The staff, especially Hadley, are extremely incompetent and couldn’t even work the checkout area. I won’t shop here again.

I just went to get an online order. Called upon arrival and was told I had to come in. I said "thank you" and proceeded to the pick-up counter. The lady at the pick-up desk (Janeene) said "are u here for the pick-up order" I responded "yes" and I asked if I could check out one item there. She snapped at me saying that I cut in front of everyone else (although she literally called me ahead of them) and then told me I had to go to the other side of the store to purchase my one item. She kept mouthing off as I walked away. I checked out at that exact counter yesterday. My point is why would anyone spend money at a place to deal with an employee having a bad attitude? Then I was accused of trying to steal the item I just picked up because Jeneene didn't give me a recite or any proof of purchase or the warranty information I purchased. Nor did she offer a buggie for the large item. I had to drag it because she was having a bad attitude and clearly didn't care to do her job as a customer service representative. I will take my business elsewhere due to this one experience with Janeene

Love this Lowe's. Norman's kindness and welcoming figure is always a highlight for the DIY-U Kids' Workshop each month. I've normally checked Home Depot for all my home improvement needs for the past 20 years, but this program and Norman has me rethinking who to buy from.

Horrible experience at the bee cave location with the man/woman named Samantha. Very very rude and didn’t help. I have never felt the need to leave a review other than this very moment. Has anyone else had a bad experience with him/her? I come here several times a week with my mom and the workers are always very attentive and helpful. But today was very frustrating. Following my interaction with this person I was helped by another person (Matthew) and they were very attentive.
