Honest and Reliable Service – Highly Recommend!
Lamb' Automotive - Lakeway, TX
I recently took my car to Lamb’s Automotive because the TPMS sensor light was on, even though I had checked that the tires were inflated to the manufacturer’s specifications. I initially thought the sensors themselves were faulty and might need to be replaced.
The team at Lamb's was thorough in their inspection and called me the next day to let me know that the sensors were working perfectly fine, but there was an issue with one of the onboard modules in the car. They were honest and upfront, explaining that they don’t perform that type of repair and suggested I take it to the dealership for further diagnostics.
When I went to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised. The manager looked at my ticket and, despite the thorough checkup they performed, said, “We didn’t fix your car,” and waived the $99 fee for the diagnostic check.
I really respect and appreciate auto shops that are upfront and don’t take advantage of their customers. Lamb’s Automotive could have easily charged me, but instead, they chose to stand by their principles. Their honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service have earned my trust, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable automotive service at a fair price.

Had a flat tire I needed repaired, but upon further inspection, determined that all 4 were overaged and worn (as I had suspected), so they gave a surprisingly good price on Goodyear HTs, and had me back on the road safely, mounted, balanced, spare tire replaced on the incredibly inaccessible rack within 4 hours. Great service, great guys!

Tried to get an inspection yesterday Mon. Aug 19 at 11:30am …. They told me it would be about closing time before the inspection would start. I Came back this morning at 8:20am after fighting Bee Cave traffic…. Now waiting for my 2hours before the inspection can start…. My wife says I should have scheduled an appointment at Lexus in Lakeway…. She is probably right…. disappointed in the lack of staff at this location. Excuses Excuses
Please expect time consuming work to take time. I come to Lambs Bee Cave for the professional work at reasonable prices. Expect oil change and inspection to take ~3hours and you should not be disappointed.
